This is an approximate 10 minute guided meditation (no music) of Tonglen (Compassionate Breathing) for the people of Ukraine and Russia. The purpose of Tonglen is to awaken your heart mind (also called Bodhicitta). You send out happiness to others, and you take in any suffering that others feel with the same sense of openness and compaassion that you sent out. People need help, and with this practice we extend ourselves to them.
