Womb healing meditation.
You may lay under your bed or on the floor bringing your feet together creating a diamond shape.
Ensure that your feet are not too close to the womb,
That there's actually a big space between your womb and your feet or you can certainly sit down and bring a bolster under your hips so you may be more comfortable and allow the womb area to open up.
Now inhale deeply.
Exhale slowly.
Inhaling deeply.
Exhaling slowly.
Bringing one hand into your belly and the other hand on your heart center.
The next inhalation you're gonna take a deep breath into your womb bringing that breath all the way into your heart and exhaling.
Again inhaling through your womb into the heart and exhale creating a pattern with your breath and your womb and your heart.
Inhaling into the womb into the heart exhaling.
Again inhaling into the womb into the heart and exhaling.
Continue this pattern this beautiful circular breath between your womb and your heart center.
And as you breathe into your womb and your heart in your mind I want you to say I'm listening I love you I'm listening I love you I'm listening I love you I'm listening I love you With the intention and focus on your womb tell your womb I'm sorry please forgive me I love you thank you I'm sorry please forgive me I love you thank you I'm sorry that I have disconnected from you please forgive me for not attending to you and paying attention but I love you and I want you to know that thank you for showing me every month how to release let go and reset thank you for showing me that I am the creator of my life I'm here now and I'm listening I'm listening I'll ask your womb if there's a message that she's ready to express to you and allow yourself to receive that message through your feelings thoughts images so Give thanks to your womb for the message.

Taking that breath back into your heart and exhaling.

Now releasing your arms from your body and taking a deep inhalation in through your nose.
And exhale through your mouth letting it all go.

Coming back into your body,
Into the present moment.
