Today's practice and gentle movement is about being in your body. Giving yourself the space, time and permission to check in with how you feel. Our body is this incredible entity that we get to experience life in. Our bodies serve as metaphors for how we are living, and if we listen to ourbodies they can provide great insight. However, we tend to overstimulate, distract, and numb our bodies. We give more power to our mind than to our bodies. Today, we will make time to listen to our body.
