A 5-minute meditation for reflecting on your day.

Close your eyes and begin with deep,

Calming breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Hold for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let each breath bring you into the present moment.

Think about the events of your day.

Acknowledge any challenges you faced and also recognize the positive moments.

Allow yourself to feel gratitude for both the lessons learned and the joyful experiences.

Think of three people who made a positive impact on your day.

They could be family,

Friends,

Colleagues,

Or even strangers.

Send them a silent thank you and feel the gratitude in your heart.

Now,

Recall three experiences from your day that brought you joy or comfort.

Relieve these moments and feel the gratitude for these experiences.

I am grateful for today.

I appreciate the people and experiences that enriched my life.

I end my day with gratitude.

Take a final deep breath,

Holding onto the gratitude and peace you have cultivated.

Slowly exhale and bring your awareness back to the room.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling calm and grateful.
