And feel in your heart how receptive you are to this moment.

And at the same time,

Feel in your heart your intentions for this session.

And just feel them as they are already happening.

And you might also feel the energy in the room.

Notice that you are not alone.

And you feel this energy from everyone.

This is the beauty of a group session.

And you feel loved.

You feel safe.

And you feel that you can breathe life.

And in your mental screen,

You visualize or you feel the number three,

Three times.

And any time you see or feel the number three,

Three times,

You activate the physical relaxation.

When your body releases any accumulated tension,

And you allow yourself to relax.

And you allow the sound to travel through your body.

And just to reinforce this physical relaxation,

I'm going to mention different parts of your body.

And you just bring your focus to that part,

To those parts,

Allowing those parts to relax.

Let's start by the top of your head.

You just bring your focus there and you allow the muscles to relax.

Same with your forehead,

You allow the muscles to relax.

Same with your eyes,

Your mouth,

Even your tongue,

Your cheeks.

And you intentionally allow your body to relax more and more.

Your neck,

Your shoulders.

And just by bringing your focus into these parts,

You feel them already relaxing more and more.

Your arms,

Your hands and your fingers.

Bring your focus now to your chest and your thighs.

Just by bringing your focus,

You feel the body relaxing right away,

Your ankles and your feet.

And any time you see or feel the number three,

Three times in your mental screen,

You activate the physical relaxation,

Where your body releases any tension and your muscles relax more and more.

Next,

You go back to your mental screen and you visualize the number two three times.

If it is not easy to see,

You might just feel it,

Feel the vibration of that number.

And any time you see or feel the number two three times,

You activate the mental relaxation,

Where you allow your mind to go at ease and your thoughts to flow naturally in a very light way,

To reinforce the mental relaxation I invite you to visualize or feel yourself in a very relaxing place.

It might be by the waterfall,

At the beach,

River,

In a forest,

In the desert.

You feel yourself in that place and you enjoy the things you see and you hear and you touch and how they make you feel so tranquil and relaxed.

You might also feel a scent and anything you feel makes you feel even more relaxed and tranquil.

And any time you see or feel the number two three times,

You activate the mental relaxation.

Your mind is at ease and your thoughts flow naturally in a very light way.

Next,

You go back one more time to your mental screen and you see or visualize the number one three times.

And any time you visualize or feel the number one three times,

You activate a deeper level of your mind.

And here in this place,

In this moment,

You remind yourself of how amazing you are,

How inspiring,

How courageous you are.

How you already went through so much and you are here so strong,

So powerful,

So confident.

And you remind yourself that every day,

In every way,

You are getting better and better.

And you repeat it to yourself every day,

In every way,

I am getting better and better.

And just one more time,

Really feel the words,

Really feel how amazing you are every day,

In every way.

I am.

And I'm going to start with the tuning forks now.

Keep in mind,

This is a general reading for the group.

I'm bringing up the group's energy.

In the first review,

The chakra that is standing out is the root chakra,

With the sense that sometimes we are with our head everywhere,

With our mind everywhere.

And we are kind of looking for solutions in different places,

Almost all over the place.

And we have a lot of things in our mind,

We have a lot of things to do.

We are kind of going from one thing to the other.

And we kind of forget to ground ourselves.

And just by grounding,

Grounding has a strong effect.

Grounding allows to bring yourself back to the here,

To the now,

And to connect with modern nature.

So you are still feeling the energy,

But you are with your roots strong on the floor.

You are with your roots strong and firm,

Whatever happens.

There is more structure.

You are like a house that is very strong on the floor.

So it brings you a different kind of safety,

A different kind of security,

A different kind of stability.

So the first reminder,

And this might be one of the strongest ones for this session,

Is to ground yourself.

That's what this chakra is asking right now.

Even for specific topics,

Even if you are feeling yourself already very grounded,

Maybe there's a question that is something that you are trying to solve in a way that maybe if you ground yourself,

Maybe if you go outside and go for a walk in the nature,

Maybe that answer comes for you.

From a bird singing,

From a leaf falling,

Or from even snow falling,

The inspiration,

Anything.

But ground yourself.

There are so many different strategies and we can speak more about them at the end,

After the session.

Two more things that came out.

I felt the third eye chakra very sensible,

Like it's very activated right now.

I feel that in the general energy,

The intuition is so strong right now.

It's like you easily see signals,

You easily feel things and sensations and energy.

It's like feeling you are speaking with someone and you kind of feel the energy,

The vibration of that person in a more easier way than before.

So you might be more sensible intuitively in terms of connection,

In terms of spiritual knowledge,

And maybe that is why we are being invited to ground more.

Lastly,

The solar plexus chakra was also giving some signals.

It's more light here.

It is a mix of believe in yourself because you can do it,

Because you have the power to do it.

At the same time,

That is inviting you to direct that fire,

In case you already feel confident,

Is like inviting you to direct that fire,

That clarity into the way you want,

The direction you want.

But it was more powerful in the sense of you are powerful.

You have this confidence.

You can do it.

Go.

You can.

This is possible.

And sometimes just some doubts we bring into our heads,

Maybe from the outside,

Maybe because someone or we are comparing to other people or whatever it is.

Keep telling to yourself,

I can do it.

This is possible for me.

Anything is possible for me.

So I'm going to start playing each chakra individually,

And this is when you might not hear the tuning forks so well,

Because I'm going to play the weighted tuning forks.

But keep in mind you are still receiving,

Even if you don't hear anything.

I'm going to start with the root chakra located at the bottom of your spine.

So as I play,

The sound fades out very quickly,

Which is not supposed.

The sound should last and vibrate,

But here it fades out and it stops vibrating very quickly.

So as I was saying,

It is very important to do more grounding practices these days.

And if you tell me,

For example,

It's raining or it's snowing,

It's cold or whatever it is that you can tell me,

There are other ways that we can ground ourselves.

So for example,

Listening to a grounding frequency,

Maybe listening to 136 hertz,

Which is the Aum frequency,

Or there are other frequencies.

I'm saying that one because I'm releasing the New Moon guided meditation this week,

And I added that frequency on the background very,

Very softly.

So there are other frequencies.

There are,

For example,

Plants that you can have at home,

And you can speak with them.

You can touch them and hug them and bring them lovely words.

Why not?

So as you do more grounding practices,

Maybe even any yoga pose that supports on your root chakra,

Any movement that you can do,

Walking,

For example,

It's really going to support on the feeling of feeling more stable,

More secure,

More safe.

The next chakra is the sacral chakra located a few inches below your navel.

As I'm doing this session,

I feel,

I keep feeling a lot of release happening,

Both emotional and physical.

And here in the sacral chakra,

We have emotion,

The focus on emotions,

On creativity,

On pleasure,

Relationships.

And here you are just invited to let it flow.

Let it flow.

Because sometimes there are things that happen that block the flow in that moment.

But if you notice,

It is easier than it looks like to unblock whatever is happening there.

And tonight,

Because of the release that is happening,

You might notice that some things start to flow in a more natural way.

Even if someone comes to your mind now,

Or if a situation comes to your mind suddenly,

You might be feeling how to allow it to flow.

Sometimes there are things that happen that kind of block the direction we are taking.

And sometimes it's easier than we think to unblock.

So that is the message here.

Look for different signals,

Like smell,

Any scent,

Or,

You know,

This person coming to your mind,

Or this situation coming to your mind.

Maybe there is an energy there.

And you can try to figure out,

Maybe it is,

You know,

Someone that you are sharing too much,

For example,

This is just an example.

Sometimes we should keep things for ourselves.

Sometimes we should share them with the right people,

Right?

So you feel the energy,

And your intuition is telling you.

Just notice where the flow might be not flowing as it should.

And then if something comes to your mind related to that intention,

You might be aware of the next actions you are receiving them.

The next chakra is the solar plexus chakra located a few inches above your navel.

It's really vibrating long.

Like I said at the beginning,

You have the confidence.

You have the power,

You have the fire.

And we have a full moon coming up on February 1st.

That is a full moon in Leo.

So it's all connected.

Just having the confidence inside ourselves is not enough.

It's like a relationship that has love but doesn't have all the rest.

So even when you have love in a relationship,

You should nurture the relationship with more things than just love.

There are other things that are important.

The confidence between both people,

The trust,

The communication,

The seeing each other from the right perspective,

Or at least from all perspectives.

So here in the solar plexus you are being invited to look into this relationship with yourself.

It's like you with you.

And you are being invited to trust yourself in deeper ways.

You are being invited to breathe in and trust that you have what is needed to move on.

And if needed,

Repeat it to yourself.

I have what is needed to move on in this situation.

And that can mean anything.

I have the strength,

I have the discernment,

I have the knowledge,

I have the experience.

I have the right people around me.

So release the doubts,

Release whatever is not supporting you right now.

Why are you keeping thoughts that don't help you,

Don't support you?

Release those thoughts right now.

Release any doubts,

Release any thoughts that don't uplift you,

That don't help you in this moment.

And repeat to yourself,

I have what is needed to move forward.

And then you can say,

I have the strength,

I have the power,

I have the experience,

I have the time,

I have the health.

And the next chakra is the heart chakra located in your chest.

The heart chakra is about love,

About healing,

Forgiveness,

Compassion.

The heart chakra is your center and I am feeling it a lot in my sacral chakra.

The heart chakra is the center.

We call it the integrator,

It's in the center of all the main chakras.

And today,

Because we are in this special day,

Today is the day 11 of the month,

One,

Of an year,

One.

Although it looks like we are in the beginning,

The one is a number very related to new beginnings.

Here in the heart,

It looks like it's not about starting again,

But about starting from within.

It's about starting from the inside out.

Like,

Whatever is outside,

It's not important.

What is important is what you want.

What you feel.

What is in your heart.

And that is the starting point.

Like I was saying,

Not necessarily starting all over again,

But having your heart as a starting point for any decision,

For any new direction,

For any new course you want to take,

Or a new job you want to have.

Your heart is the beginning of that journey.

So when we say one,

It means new beginnings,

But they are starting from your heart.

And in any doubt,

You can bring your hands to your heart chakra and feel how amazing you are.

How many things you already went through and you are here.

And sometimes it's just our self-judgment bringing us down because everybody around is so proud of you.

They love you.

Maybe they don't say it.

Maybe we give more attention to people that are not so nice with us,

Maybe.

But there are people that love you as you are.

They will give anything to be with you right now.

And you inspire them more than you can think of.

Maybe because of an action that you took at some point.

Maybe because of something you said that they were not able to say and they felt like you are amazing.

So believe in yourself.

You have what is needed to start.

You have in your heart the answers.

The next chakra is the throat chakra.

In the throat chakra,

I feel a sense of being more quiet.

This is the center of expression,

Communication.

And here is about allowing it to flow,

Allowing it to vibrate,

Allowing your journey to just go.

But the focus is on the heart chakra.

The focus today is more on the root chakra,

On the solar plexus.

There are other chakras asking for more attention.

And this one is chilling today,

Kind of.

It's here.

You know it's here.

But sometimes it's the moment to be more quiet and feel our emotions,

To release,

To just feel.

Why do we have to say something all the time?

Why are we just not feeling it instead of speaking?

Just feeling the energy,

Feeling the frequency of the words that are being said,

Noticing how any vibrations travel through our body without the need to say or to prove anything.

The next chakra is the third eye chakra located in your forehead.

The third eye chakra,

Like I said before,

I feel that your intuition is so activated.

And this is a general reading for the group.

So this is the general reading in terms of energy.

But I feel if you are just quiet,

You are seeing,

Feeling,

Hearing,

Sensing different signals.

Even if you are not quiet,

You will feel them too.

But here I feel a connection with the throat chakra in which you can chill and the signals come out of the blue unexpectedly.

And I think Joe Vitale had a mantra similar to that about expecting miracles,

Expecting good things to happen,

Even when you didn't do something that you should.

Sometimes things,

The people,

Even if you.

.

.

I don't know how to say this,

But even if you don't go all the steps,

Miracles happen,

Things still happen.

And that is very similar to the word I have for this year,

Kairos,

That is about the right things,

The right moment,

The right place,

The right time.

It happens in a very beautiful way.

And although we do need to work for things to happen,

The fact is that you can expect miracles,

You can expect good surprises,

You can expect friends visiting you even when you didn't speak about that.

You can expect good things always.

Because if you bring that to your mindset,

Your daily life is a surprise box in a good way.

So expect.

.

Think about that now.

Think about something that you would easily say,

That is not going to happen.

And I don't care why.

You might say,

Because I didn't do this or because I didn't.

.

.

You know,

Whatever is the excuse.

Think about something that you would easily expect there was,

Or you would expect something that's not accomplishing.

And now as that comes to your mind,

Bring it in the opposite way.

Say,

What if this happens?

What if everything goes right?

Expect miracles.

Expect that situation to happen.

And really feel it.

It's not just saying.

It's not saying empty words.

It's really feeling that situation can happen.

Why not?

We are close to Valentine's.

If you are looking for,

You know,

A partner and you have been waiting and you are almost like,

Oh,

I have been looking for so long.

Man,

I like this.

Women,

I like that.

Whatever.

Why not?

What if you connect with someone very special this week?

Out of the blue.

Maybe someone that you meet in a coffee place.

Maybe I'm going to say,

I know a lot of people have been going to the hospital.

Why not?

Suddenly you meet someone very special at the hospital.

Why not?

Any place can be a good place.

Even at the elevator in your home or outside.

How beautiful is that?

So expect miracles.

Expect things to go really,

Really well.

The next and last chakra is the crown chakra located at the top of your head.

We usually say that the three bottom chakras are more related to the physical world and the three upper chakras are more related to the spirituality.

And it's interesting that since the third chakra,

Then the third eye and now the crown,

I feel this sense of chill.

I can hear it chill out.

You don't need to have the words all the time.

You don't need to express your opinion all the time.

You don't have to have,

You don't have to say something all the time.

You can just chill.

You can just receive.

You can just observe.

You can just integrate.

You can just digest in silence or understand.

You can just connect in your heart without the need to have to say something,

To have to do something,

To have to something.

So chill out and ground yourself,

Believe in yourself.

In yourself,

Don't rush to say or bring an opinion.

And remember yourself that your heart chakra,

Your heart is the starting point of this one that is so strong today.

So strong this month and so strong this year.

Anything you are starting this year,

Start it from your heart,

From inward.

I'm going to do a few seconds of silence for integration and also for gratitude.

In these next seconds,

Allow yourself to feel gratitude for anything that was said,

For anything that you are feeling,

Either in your body,

In your heart.

Just a few seconds.

And you can feel grateful for any releasing that you felt that was happening.

I felt a lot of release in many different ways,

Not only physical but also emotional.

Now I'm going to count from one to five,

And when I say five,

You will feel lighter,

More relaxed,

You'll feel good and healthy and better than before.

One,

And just keep how you are,

Don't need to rush on anything.

Two,

When I say five,

You will open your eyes if they are not opened yet,

And you'll feel relaxed,

Calm,

Tranquil.

You will feel lighter,

Healthy and better than before.

Three,

And you can start moving your fingers and your toes.

Allow yourself to start doing some light movements.

And four,

And you can move your arms,

Stretch your body,

Your chest,

Your neck.

And five,

You can gently open your eyes and feel calm,

Tranquil,

Relaxed,

Lighter,

Healthy and better than before.

No need to rush,

Take your time.

And you return to the here and now.

Notice your body,

Notice how you feel.

And you can share with everybody how you are feeling.
