Finding yourself in your sacred safe place and space.
Somewhere where you feel in peace,
You feel safe.
There is nothing to do and nowhere to go.
The sun is shining,
Warming up your skin.
You can hear the birds singing above.
You can feel Mother Earth beneath your feet.
And just for a moment,
Bringing your awareness into your bare feet and start making steps.
Left,
Right,

Right.
You feel the green earth touching your toes,
Bringing fresh joy,
Dissipating your feet and the wetness and coolness of it.
It's washing off,
Washing off your fears,
Washing off,
Washing off anxiety and worries.
Very gently carry on with your steps.
And when you look up,
Lifting up your gaze,
You can see the most beautiful wonder that you have ever seen.
Space,
You can hear the sound of passing of life,
Insects flying around,
Ladybirds,
Grasshoppers,
Beetles and little bugs busy doing their thing,
Finding yourself walking in this tranquil space and with every breath,
You're connecting more deeper and deeper nature around you.
And if you have any thoughts coming through,
Just gently becoming the observer and bring your attention back to your breath.
With your next breath,
You're focusing somewhere in the distance,
A big,
Mighty,
Wise hawk standing in the middle of an open,
Clear space.
And you're deciding to gently go and sit by it.
As you reach the beautiful,
Magnificent tree,
You're sitting by this tranquil,
Arms up comfortable and you lean your back to it.
When you lift up your gaze,
You can see the branches of the trees above,
All the leaves dancing and swaying on the wind,
Some of them swirling their magnificent dance,
Falling around you.
With your next breath,
You're closing your eyes and you feel how you're merging and you're becoming one with the oak.
With your next breath,
Just visualizing your roots traveling down,
Connecting with the roots of this ancient tree,
Connecting with its wisdom,
Connecting with its strength,
Wisdom,
Power and beauty.
Just gently inviting yourself into an inner sea of journey of discovery,
Guided by the wisdom of the oak,
Hold and nurtured by the mother earth beneath,
In your breath,
Feeling grounded and gently connecting the rhythm of the breath with the rhythm of your heart,
The rhythm,
Vibration and frequencies of the sounds and enjoy.
Gently coming back to the natural rhythm of the breath,

Feeling the warmth of the sun on our skin,
Gentle breeze of the wind playing with our hair,

Creations from our beautiful planet,
