Just visualizing yourself walking in the most beautiful forest you have ever been.
Feeling the green grass beneath your bare feet,
The ground is vibrant,
Full of life,
Beautiful butterflies flying around,
Insects.
Enchanting canopy of leaves all around you,
With every shade of green that you can imagine,
Full of beauty,
Color and life.
Finding yourself walking by the forest tree,
Listening to the water,
And with every step that you make,
You are connecting deeper and deeper with your inner peace.
You are feeling more relaxed and more at home.
You can feel the gentle breeze,
The birds singing above.
The warm sunshine rays covering your skin,
Warming up the body.
With your neck spread,
Inviting yourself to step into the stream,
Just feeling the cool water washing off your feet,
Pails.
These three images are you representing the flow of life,
Always vibrant,
Always present around you.
You are standing,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling at peace,
Neck spread,
Just gently connecting to all your senses,
Wants to feel more grounded visualization,
The way how you look.
Notice your hands and the sensation of touch on your tips of your fingers.
With your neck spread,
Just deeply inhale and invite the air to travel through your nostrils.
Don't smell anything,
Any aroma from around you.
Anything else,
Access your sense of sight.
Just look into the darkness behind your eyelids,
This beautiful,
Peaceful,
Relaxing darkness,
Disconnecting you with your inner peace and your highly divine self.
Feel and with your neck spread,
Just notice your taste,
Perhaps the last sip of water that you had.
Breathe gently in the stream,
Feeling the water,
Traveling,
Washing off everything that serves your normal life.
Gently inviting that sense of inner peace and calmness,
That sense,
Hips and your pelvis,
Spine,
Facial muscles and your jaw,
Your scalp is feeling smooth and relaxed.
Feel deep within,
A stream of yourself.
You love yourself exactly as you are,
Full of unconditional,
Universal love for yourself and for your higher divine self,
Perhaps forgotten along the way.
A moment like this,
Reminding yourself,
This love,
Connecting that feeling of unconditional love into your heart center.
Just feeling your heartbeat and feeling a wave of love washing all over you,
All your body,
All your senses,
With the power of your visualization.
Inviting that feeling to expand from the self to everything around you,
The nature,
Mother earth and all her creations,
All the people,
Sending that unconditional love.
Between each one of us.
Visualizing our beautiful planet,
Full of people and beings that feel that inner peace and this unconditional love and the beauty of this world that we could create together.
