These early hours,

Often referred to as the sacred hour,

Hold a powerful spiritual significance across many traditions.

In this still and quiet time,

The world is hushed,

Distractions are minimal,

And your soul can speak more clearly.

It's a moment when the veil between the physical and spiritual realms is thin,

Making it one of the most potent times for meditation,

Prayer,

And inner alignment.

This is when inspiration often strikes,

When healing begins,

When clarity comes with ease,

When the energy is still,

When the universe whispers.

It's not an accident that you're awake now.

The universe may be calling you to listen,

To receive,

To reconnect.

So,

Take a breath.

Let yourself be here.

Now,

Let's begin.

Sit or lie comfortably.

No need to do anything.

No distractions.

Just be still.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Again.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Let your breath guide you into this moment.

There is nothing to fix.

Nothing to chase.

Only presence.

With each breath,

This is your time.

Just listen.

I'm awake to tune in to my inner spirit.

I'm aligned with the universe.

I am the calm in the dark.

I am the spark in the dark.

I am the spark in the quiet.

Take a final breath in and out.

Feel your breath as life.

Feel your soul as light.

As you return to your day or rest,

Carry this presence with you.

The sacred hour is not just a moment in time.

It is a portal,

A gift.

You have received it.
