Welcome to the Faith Cafe Walking Meditation Series.

Today we set the intention to let go of any stress or anxiety and bring ourselves into a space of positivity,

Focus,

And high vibration.

We will evoke inspiration,

Creativity,

Motivation,

Productivity,

Self-love and acceptance,

Strength and flexibility,

Confidence,

Focus,

Energy,

Safety,

And support.

As always,

The goal is to leave you with a feeling of balance and peace and to raise your spiritual frequency.

We hope that you will be able to make time for yourself each day or several times a week to return to this meditation,

Whether in the morning to start your day with clarity and balance,

Or in the evening to release the energy that no longer serves you.

If you haven't already,

Start walking at a steady pace.

Remember to turn on your fitness tracker if that applies to you.

Shift your attention to your posture.

Is your back straight,

Yet relaxed?

Keep your shoulders back,

Abs pulled in tight,

And tight glutes.

Then allow your shoulders to soften and lower,

Releasing any tension they may be holding.

Notice your forehead.

Smooth away any tightness there,

Letting it feel calm and at ease.

Bring your awareness to your jaw.

Notice any tension and breathe in to release it.

Take a few more deep breaths.

Take a look around you.

Look into the sky.

Fix your eyes on anything you can find as far off in the distance as possible.

Keep gazing as you inhale deeply.

Exhale.

Remember to smile.

Take a moment to check in with your body.

Feel the ground beneath your feet,

Supporting you.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling your chest rise gently,

And exhale slowly,

Letting your body settle into this relaxed state.

Now,

As you continue to walk,

Do so with purpose and mindfulness.

Feel the connection between your feet and the ground,

Noticing each step as it carries you forward.

Let your arms move naturally at your sides,

Relaxed and effortless.

Bring your focus to the present moment,

Observing the rhythm of your steps and the sensations in your body.

Be here,

Now,

Fully mindful and at ease.

Take a moment to feel grateful for yourself.

Inhaling through your nose,

Take a deep breath.

Now we will start with some affirmations.

Repeat these phrases in your mind and remember to keep taking in your surroundings.
