Studies show that coherent breathing, or breathing at 5.5 breaths per minute (or about one breath every 11 seconds), harmonizes our physiological systems, enhancing mental and physical health. This is the ideal breath rate for the human body. This session will guide you through 27 rounds for 5 minutes of coherent breathing. Breathe through your nose and complete a smooth inhale for the full 5 seconds then a smooth complete exhale when I give the cue.
