This is an advanced EFT Tapping Session for Neck and Shoulder Pain. This session does not include instruction or an overview of tapping basics. We jump right in with the pre-requisite that you have already identified the source of the neck and shoulder pain as an ongoing feeling of taking on burdens and responsibility. This session works through the tapping points with statements designed to help you release and let go of the underlying feelings of being over-burdened.

Welcome to the Faith Cafe EFT Tapping Series.

In this session,

We will tap to release tension and pain in your neck and shoulders.

First,

Let's get into a grounded and relaxed state.

Take a big,

Deep breath in and let it go.

Lower those shoulders and just relax your neck.

Now,

Let's begin.

Side of the hand,

Karate chop point.

Even though I have this pain in the neck,

I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Even though I have this pain and tension in my neck,

I honor and accept myself and my body completely,

Even though it might be hard to love and accept myself with this pain in my neck,

Because it hurts.

It's a real pain in my neck.

I love and accept myself,

And I'm now ready and willing to release all the stress and tension and emotions from my neck.

It hurts when I turn my head,

Eyebrow,

This neck pain.

It hurts to bend my head downwards.

Side of the eye,

This pain in my neck,

This pain and tension in my neck.

Under the eye,

All this pain in my neck.

Under the nose,

I can't seem to release it.

I have a real pain in my neck.

Chin,

And I wonder if there is a person or a situation that has felt like a real pain in my neck.

Collarbone,

Irritation in my neck,

Frustrations in my neck.

Maybe I'm holding on to some anger in my neck.

Under the arm,

All these emotions stuck in my neck.

Stress and tension in my neck muscles.

Top of the head.

It's even difficult to hold my head up,

And I'm looking down at my phone so often,

Or working on the computer,

Hanging my head down low quite often.

And my neck muscles get used to this.

Eyebrow.

I'm open to letting it go,

Literally and figuratively.

Side of the eye.

If there is a situation that has caused me pain,

I'm holding my head up.

I'm dealing with it.

Under the eye,

I'm looking forward,

Holding my head up high,

And addressing it head on.

Under the nose.

I'm letting go of all the stress and tension in my neck.

Chin.

I'm releasing any trauma from my neck,

And I'm releasing all the sadness in my neck.

Collarbone.

I'm releasing any anger or frustration in my neck,

Letting go of all the stress in my neck.

Under the arm.

Letting go of the fear in my neck,

Releasing the powerlessness in my neck.

Top of the head.

And letting go of all the resentment I carry with me in my neck.

All these emotions I carry in my neck without even realizing it.

Eyebrow.

Stress and tension is showing up in my life and in my neck,

And it's time to let it go.

Side of the eye.

I'm letting go of the things that I have no control over,

And letting go of all the things that annoy me.

Under the eye.

The things that other people do that annoy me.

Letting it all go.

Under the nose.

And learning to forgive myself and others for all the things that have happened in the past.

Chin.

Chin.

I'm allowing all the muscles in my neck to relax.

I can feel the tension leaving all of my muscles.

Collarbone.

The stress is releasing from my vertebrae.

My neck and shoulders are relaxing.

Under the arm.

All of my constricted muscles are loosening up,

And I'm imagining all the stress melting away.

Top of the head.

I'm releasing all tension from my head.

I release all tension from my neck and shoulders.

I'm dropping my shoulders,

Holding my head up high,

And letting go.

Karate chop point.

Keep tapping the karate chop point and take a deep breath in.

Take a moment to reflect on your healing.

Settle into the present.

Take another deep breath in.

Tap your wrists together and say,

Peace.

Now let's put our hands over the heart and take a deep breath in and out.

Releasing and letting go.

Now checking in on the pain level.

Give it a rating from 1 to 10.

As long as you feel discomfort,

Repeat the session daily or as many times as you need until you feel complete relief.

Give yourself permission to completely let go of burdens and to love and accept yourself.

Here's to your continued healing.

And so it is.

Peace.

Fantastic. This really spoke to. I have both right side (mothering) pain and on the left side (taking on masculine responsibilities). I’d never heard that before. Fascinating. Thank you.

I love this. Soft and served it s purpose. Had some feeling of release and pain that moved from my shoulder to my chest. Will be combining this with inner child healing. Thank you
