10 Minute Forest Bathing Crystal Sound Bath
The dictionary defines Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, as a Japanese practice that involves spending time in nature to relax and connect with the environment through your senses. The goal is to be present in the moment and immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest. Sirah Kreitzer of Ezra Alya understands just how difficult it can be at times to make it out to the forest to immerse yourself in this practice. To support you wherever you are in the world, she has created this soothing, and healing 10-minute crystal sound bath created from her playing with her 7 chakras colored, quartz crystal singing bowls. Enjoy the relaxing harmonies produced by the bowls, the songs of the happy birds, and the slight coolness in the air from walking in a gentle rain. Namaste and fully immerse yourself in this meditation for full relaxation, calm, and a deep sense of connection to our Mother Earth.
