Who Is Sirah Kreitzer Of Ezra Alya And What Is Her Story?

Let me tell you the story of how I got into crystal singing bowls because I think it's pretty cool and also it's just interesting to always know where your sound facilitators come from. I've been a crystal healer and working with energy since 2010 and in 2015 I started working on clients and expanding my services and offering them to my community and then at that time I was living in California. When my husband and I and my daughter moved up to Oregon in 2018 the things that I was doing beforehand spiritually what I was doing for my work just no longer fit and it wasn't that they were wrong it was just that it didn't feel fully aligned and I am a very fiery high-energy person if I'm not feeling very aligned it's very difficult for me to move forward in my life or even my day so I really focus on making sure that every day I'm grounded I'm aligned and I'm doing things that make me feel authentic. So we moved to Oregon we just kind of chilled out experienced Oregon for a couple of years and then in 2021 my husband took me to Vegas and believe it or not in Vegas they have one of the world's biggest crystal shops and he this guy literally buys he bought an entire corner in Vegas and continues to buy more real estate so that he can expand the shop and then the way that he's doing this is he's adding on truck containers so you walk into the store and it's an actual legit store and then you go into certain parts of it and you walk into these truck containers and it's just like nothing but amethyst geodes nothing but citrine geodes nothing but obsidian it was mind-blowing to be around that amount of energy and then what was cool about it was he had an entire room filled with singing bowls every size every frequency or note that you could think of and I had never touched a bowl up until that point and this was the first time in my life that I picked up a mallet and I was like okay let's play a singing bowl and it was a existential experience I mean my husband was standing right next to me and I can't even tell you what happened how long I played it was magical it was magical it was like in the movies you know or like you leave your body and oh sound is somewhat faint and one oh okay Judy thank you so this is what we're gonna do I'm gonna turn up my sound when I'm talking how's that guys I don't want to blast your eardrums so I want to turn up my sound while I'm talking and then I'll turn it down while I'm playing my bowls and then that way we're just kind of playing that line good thank you so much Judy for telling me I appreciate that I want you guys to enjoy this experience that's really what it's about thank you okay so we're at this amazing crystal shop in Vegas and I'm playing crystal singing bowls and having this crazy out-of-body existential experience I kid you not two weeks later I purchased the set of my bowls and as soon as I got them it was like I had met seven best friends that I didn't know I needed in my life and then for six months after that I proceeded to learn how to play take classes take courses practice and believe it or not work on my own healing I was six months of me playing my singing bowls of crying of anger of grief of my own intensities and my own energies that I needed to heal before I could play for everybody else and hold space for everybody else because that's really what I want to do I want to be able to create these experiences where you can let go of all of these old stories these past patterns these things that no longer serve you and sound can do that and sound can do it without words and honestly without us even knowing it's happening because everything is frequency we're a frequency this desk is frequency my bowls are frequency and the way that our body aligns with frequency it's just it's just all very natural it's on a cellular level it registers and understands so when I started playing my singing bowls I was healing my own self and I was so grateful that I got to have that time and also have that experience and then I started playing for people around my town hello everybody that just came in welcome welcome I'm just chit-chatting a little bit about what I do and how I do it and then we'll get started thank you so much for joining me I'm excited we are up to 20 meditators here yay okay so I'm gonna introduce you to my bowls while you're getting comfortable this is an excellent time for you to find a spot on your couch get comfy in a chair lay down in your bed wherever you can go so that you can just totally relax and enjoy you this wind-down Wednesday sound bath another thing that I want you to make sure you do is if you're laying down put something underneath your knees and possibly underneath your neck pressure tends to be really gravity pulls really hard down on our back when we're laying on our back on our lower back and so putting something underneath your knees release that pressure and it gives you a little bit longer of a time of being able to lay down and just be more comfortable if at any time you are not feeling comfy I want you to get comfy this is your experience yes I'm here in my house playing for you but ultimately this is your experience and I want you to get the best possible I'm gonna say experience again I realize I just said it three times in a row it must be very important I just want you to be comfortable I want you to enjoy it this is an honor for me to be able to do this and I love to share with you so grab your water as you know I'm big big big big about hydration it is all about hydration especially when we're healing especially when we're sound mapping so we're gonna spray a little rose water get the area kind of cleansed what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna do a little test on my bowl tell you about each one of them and then we're gonna start the sound bath okay so each one of my bowls is made out of 98% clear quartz crystal and the way that they make them is they spin them at a very high temperature in a mold so that I don't have any creases in my bowls and my bowls are the ones that have they're not flat they're come they're not flat on the bottom they have a dip so that the vibration extends farther out and then each one is chakra color so Carl works on your first chakra David works on your second chakra Oh Elijah works on your third chakra Frank works on your fourth chakra oh my goodness George works on your fifth chakra Abraham works on your sixth chakra and Bridget works on your seven so as we listen to this sound bath tonight as you experience this sound bath we're not only going to be relaxing you helping you relief helping you find relief for the symptoms of anxiety and depression helping you to find relief for your insomnia if you're stressed out about anything also if you're feeling foggy if you're just not feeling as clear as you'd like to be my bowls as we play it as I play them will help to clear that out and then each one is going to help open and align your chakras so I know it sounds like it's gonna be doing a lot but that's what's so cool about sound is it can do two three four things at once and all you have to do is just lay there and be open to it so I'm gonna open this up now if anybody has any questions before we start now's the time I want to thank you so much for joining me we have 28 meditators here we're just about to start our sound bath I'm gonna play for about 20-25 minutes solid and then after that I will just kind of let the sound die out and I'm gonna ring a nice little Bell and when you hear that Bell it's gonna be that time to just kind of start to coming back into this present space I'm also going to be bringing you back with a gentle meditation and my voice so after the sound bowls are done you don't have to do anything you just keep laying in there just keep hanging out because I'm gonna bring you back slowly and gently and then we'll chitchat okay okay everybody I love you all so much I'm so excited 28 meditators here we are gonna get started on our sound bath I am gonna turn down my microphone and then I'm gonna do a sound test okay and this sound test is gonna be the one chance for you to tell me if you can hear it if it's too loud because unfortunately with my bowls because I have so many tones sometimes the microphone can kind of be a little sensitive now I have a very special microphone specifically for my bowls but again we're streaming I haven't done this in a while and I want it to be a great experience hmm so let me know okay we're always here to make things better and to have a good experience we're gonna turn down just a little bit just one notch okay we're gonna do our sound test you
