In this one-month workshop, you will dive into the practice of Pranayama. Together with Ewelina, you will start with developing breath awareness, and step-by-step you will move from basic variations of breathing techniques towards more advanced ones. You will learn different techniques, such as energizing, cooling, and balancing breath. Some of the techniques can help to boost metabolism and release toxins, others release anxiety, stress, and a busy mind. You will learn to gradually integrate them into your practice. Please note that the duration of each session is only 1 hour with additional 15 minutes for questions and discussions.
Explore 15 Pranayama and Yogic detoxification techniques and gradual progression with the practice
Develop breath awareness that also affects emotional, mental and physical awareness
Understand the benefits and contraindications of the specific techniques
Be introduced to a community of like-minded people
8 one-hour practice sessions where you will learn and practice, plus 15 minutes to discuss and ask questions
