Welcome to the practice of letting go.

During this meditation,

We will focus on self-forgiveness,

Accepting what is,

And releasing the past.

Find a comfortable place,

Sit or lie down,

And allow your eyes to softly close.

Breathe slowly in and out through your nose.

Notice how your breath feels as it moves in and out of your lungs and nose.

Place your hands on your stomach.

As you inhale,

Allow your belly to expand like a balloon.

And as you exhale,

Draw your navel back toward your spine.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Now imagine yourself in a beautiful,

Lush,

Green forest.

The air is fresh and the sky is clear.

You're smiling.

You feel safe,

Grounded,

And relaxed enough in the present moment to simply let go.

As you inhale and exhale softly,

Allow the high vibration of the forest to clear your mind,

Energize your body,

And cleanse your spirit so that you may receive these transformative affirmations.

Say to yourself,

My life is filled with loving lessons,

Not defined by unconscious mistakes.

I am worthy of compassionate correction as I grow and evolve.

Each day I learn something new about myself that allows me to develop more fully as a human being.

Now take a deep inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Just taking the time to notice this present moment so that you may receive these words with an open heart.

Gently say to yourself,

I like who I am.

I like who I am becoming.

I am whole and healed.

I am better than I was.

I am beautiful inside and out.

I can see my own brilliance now regardless of what others think.

I hone my talents and abilities because the world needs my light.

Abundance comes to me every day in unexpected ways.

I am completely present to all of the gifts and opportunities in my life.

Now take a deep inhale and exhale.

Allowing any thoughts that arise to drift away.

Inhale and exhale.

And as you breathe in,

Imagine yourself drawing in strength and gratitude for this day.

Remembering that right now is the moment during which you can decide to allow today to be better than you ever imagined.

Now take a deep breath and see yourself walking out of the beautiful lush green forest feeling renewed and refreshed.

Inhale and exhale the fresh air.

And slowly open your eyes and wrap your arms around yourself.

The living miracle that is you.
