Welcome to Self Reiki.

This is a heart,

Mind,

And body centered Self Reiki meditation that will focus on gratitude,

Abundance,

And deep connection to the divine light within.

Self Reiki is a relaxation modality that supports our body's natural healing ability and helps to clear,

Restore,

And balance our life force energy.

So let's begin.

Make sure you are in a comfortable and quiet place.

Allow your eyes to softly close if you like.

Begin to bring your awareness inward to your breath,

Gently breathing in and out of your nose,

Listening from within to hear what your heart wants to say in this moment.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest as you slowly inhale and exhale.

Now place your palms in the middle of your chest,

Fingers connected,

With your thumbs pointing toward your heart.

Take a few moments to take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine a warm,

Loving,

Golden light flowing into the palm of your hands.

Visualize your hands glowing with a healing energy so pure that it activates your heart chakra,

Charging your intention to feel deep rest,

Peace,

And abundance in this present moment.

Now gently place both hands on top of your head.

Take a deep breath in.

Imagine a wave of cleansing energy moving out of your hands and flowing around your head,

Balancing your crown chakra and third eye so that you feel more focused,

Intuitive,

And connected to all that is.

Now place both hands in front of your eyes,

Taking deep and relaxed breaths.

Allow your face to relax.

Let go of any strain or tension that you might be holding around your eyes,

And think to yourself,

All is well.

Next,

I invite you to gently place your right hand over your throat and the left hand over your heart,

And just breathe.

Visualize a warm wave of healing energy strengthening that small,

Still voice inside of you so that it may offer forgiveness and acceptance to that part of you that your heart or mind has abandoned.

Now place both hands across your chest,

Covering your heart.

Place what is no longer yours to carry,

And call forth what your heart needs right now.

Imagine a new feeling of hope,

Purpose,

And self-belief pouring into your heart.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Hear the rhythm of the breath echoing throughout your body and reminding you that to be alive is truly a miracle,

And being whole is your birthright.

And as you bring your self-reiki practice to a close,

Seal your intentions by taking a deep breath.

Place your hands on your belly and visualize healing reiki energy flowing through your entire body,

Grounding your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Allow some movement to come back into your fingers,

Toes,

And body.

And when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and know that all is as it should be in this perfect moment,

And you are whole and complete.
