Hi,
Welcome to this guided meditation practice.
If you are looking to receive grounding into a situation,
Inviting you here today to just take a few moments for yourself,
Beginning in a chair with your feet grounded on the floor.
And as you are coming into the space,
Sense of gentle spreading and widening and softening of your feet into the earth.
Being present with your connection with your focus on the soles of the feet and the surface beneath you.
Holding awareness to the sensation of your feet on the ground.
Now,
Beginning to connect here to your breath,
The natural breath,
Sensing the breath moving down your body to the soles of your feet.
On your next breath,
On the inhale,
Feel the breath moving down the entire body to the soles of the feet.
And as you come,
Just begin to push the breath down into the core of the earth.
Taking a few rounds here,
Inhaling,
Observing the breath traveling down to the soles of the feet.
The breath extending down into the core of the earth,
Grounding you deeper into the present moment.
Allowing yourself to feel into the sense of stability,
Rootedness and connectedness.
This ability to be unwavering in who you are.
Pause,
Sense and feel into the grounded nourishment.
Feeling this deep rooted connectedness in this space where there are limitless possibilities.
Knowing that in your life that you are supported.
Maybe letting go of any clinging or holding to just receiving what is meant for you to receive.
And go ahead and take a deep breath,
Holding all the nourishment and positive feelings at the top of your inhale and begin to open your eyes.
