I have a spiritual love playlist that I pretty much play every day and one of the songs is called Fill Me Up.
There's a few different people that sing that song,
But the name of the song is called Fill Me Up.
And a part of the song is to have God fill me up.
I'm running on empty.
I can't do it alone anymore.
I'm running on empty.
Fill me up.
I'll be the vessel if you would just continue to fill me up.
I'll be the conduit.
I'll be the vessel.
I'll be the channel.
But God fill me up.
I need your love.
I need your guidance.
Fill me up with more and more of you so I can have less and less of me.
So that's a part of the song.
And I just listened to the song a few times back to back.
And that is,
This is the title for this episode.
Fill Me Up.
Remember in this now moment that we're not here alone.
It doesn't matter if our friends or our family don't understand us.
It doesn't matter if our boss or our spouse or a co-worker doesn't understand.
That's okay.
The one that goes by many names,
God,
Spirit,
Source,
This power,
This creativity,
This intelligence,
This exuberant energy that is always ruminating through every fiber and morsel of your being.
It,
With a capital I,
It understands you.
It knows every thought.
It knows every perceived fear.
It knows every heartbeat.
Every direction that the blood is flowing through your veins.
It knows everything.
So when you feel alone,
Turn to it.
Turn to this power and this presence that is never an absence.
Ask it to fill you up.
Surrender over and over and over again.
Allow yourself to be filled up by this power and this presence.
Allow yourself to be filled up and ruminated through.
Remember that you are never alone.
So as the song says,
Fill me up so I may have more and more of you and less and less of me.
Yes,
We are individualized expressions of a greater whole.
But we have learned a lot of,
A lot of unhealthy ways and habits and thought forms and patterns and behaviors.
We have learned a lot from a sick society that perpetuates and normalizes fear,
That perpetuates and normalizes separation and division.
So it is up to you,
My friend.
I love you.
I honor you right where you are.
Everything is exactly as it needs to be.
And when I say everything is perfect,
What I mean by that is that there's a perfect spiritual idea of you and you are always unfolding your heart,
Your soul,
Your evolution,
Your level of awareness.
It's forever evolving.
So you are forever unfolding and coming to a greater and a greater and greater understanding and understanding of who and what you are.
And most importantly,
Whose you are.
