Join my Brother and I in this Beautiful Prayer as we sit and steep ourselves in the Love of God. This Prayer will have you jumping for joy while you remember to practice the art of Gratitude. There is a fundamental goodness that can never be denied or taken away from us. We Love you!

Beautiful family.

Welcome to another beautiful day and welcome to another episode of unending undiluted love.

So grateful to be here with you all this morning.

Love unending.

Isn't it love unending?

I forget.

I just combined the two names.

Perfect.

Unending undiluted love or love unending and undiluted.

You get the gist.

You get the gist.

Welcome to our space.

Welcome to our atmosphere.

Welcome to sharing space with both me and Rachel.

So grateful to have you here.

You're going to get a glimpse of how tender this relationship is if you have not already.

This relationship between Tremon and I is unlike anything I've ever experienced in my life.

And as much as I am grateful and as often as I practice gratitude,

Sometimes the words just don't seem sufficient.

And so we really resonate in prayer individually and together.

And so we had a very interesting challenging day yesterday,

Full of emotion,

Full of surrender,

Full of acceptance.

And we both got some amazing rest last night.

And so as we're walking into town to get some breakfast,

I said,

Let's pray.

And I've never asked this man to pray and he's denied me.

So I'm a keep on asking.

He's never said to me,

You know what?

No,

There may have been times where,

You know,

The ego might not want to pray in a moment for the both of us,

But thank God for us being steeped and rooted in truth so that we know what we need.

Even when the ego attempts to say,

You don't need to pray right now.

You can pray later.

And that's the one thing that you be needed.

Honey,

It's prayer.

Wow.

Today for prayer,

I really love to just start us off in silence.

I don't feel I actually have much to say today.

I feel like really being at one with the goodness that is that doesn't have to be spoken because it's already being expressed.

Spirit is talking so loudly.

So I just want to take a moment to honor what's already been spoken.

Thank you so much.

For that moment of silence.

And this moment I am so grateful for companionship.

I'm so grateful for all of the people in my life that show me unconditional love.

I'm grateful to my sister Rachel for always being a channel of truth,

Always being a grounding force in peace and love and joy.

I'm so grateful to you spirit for putting such beautiful people on my pad always and all the time.

Thank you for the people that celebrate my presence.

Thank you for the people that celebrate their own presence.

In this moment,

I am so grateful to all of the evidence around me of spirit.

I'm grateful for this grass is growing,

Grateful for the waters that flow,

Grateful for the breeze that touches my skin,

And grateful for this body that I can feel this breeze and see these greens and admire these mountains and smell these flowers so grateful for all of the things that allow life to be all of the evidence in my world right now that life is good.

The bees are still pollinating.

The butterflies are still flying the birds are still singing life is still such a beautiful melody of celebration.

And I'm so grateful to be aware.

So grateful to be aware of the goodness of life,

The perfection of life.

Grateful to know that this is this life is the product and the proof of one power,

One intelligence,

One creative entity that is right here right now in its fullness,

Never an absence,

An unconditional love that is never an absence,

A divine intelligence that is always at work,

That is infused in every detail every specific spirit is all there is.

There's actually nothing else happening.

And it doesn't matter what the mind says.

It doesn't matter the misperceptions.

What's real is that God is and God is the only thing that is and has ever been and will ever be.

And this God is devoted to my well being,

To Rachel's well being to every single person's well being that is in the collective.

This God is infinite supply.

There is no lack of resources.

There is no lack of opportunity,

No lack of anything that we need.

And I'm so grateful to be unified with spirit.

So grateful to be completely one with everything that I need.

Completely one with the intelligence of God,

Completely at one with the peace and joy of God,

Completely at one with the infinite supply of God,

Completely at one with the perfect design of God.

I am designed perfectly.

My life is designed perfectly.

Our lives are designed perfectly and intentionally.

And it's in this oneness that I rest,

That I breathe,

That I am assured.

Because as long as I know that I am one with God,

I know that I am well taken care of,

Well taken care of,

Well provided for.

I'm golden.

I'm in victory.

So I'm grateful to have won,

To have won peace,

To have won joy,

To have won all the prizes and treasures of the heart that are greater than any material,

That never fade away,

That never get claimed back.

Grateful to know this,

Grateful to be in unity,

Conscious unity with God.

And I thank you spirit.

Thank you for being everything that I am,

Everything that I see,

Everything that I taste,

Touch,

Hear.

Thank you spirit for being one with everything,

For never leaving me,

For never being separate from me.

It's an honor.

It's an honor to be at one with the one.

No anxiety can latch onto the fullness of my heart.

No fear can outshine,

Can outshadow or outshine the joy and the faith of my heart when I know that I am at one with God,

That we are at one with God,

Individually and collectively at one with all that God is.

Thank you for being a divine orchestration.

Thank you spirit.

So let's just honor those words and those moments spoken.

Let's just take a moment of silence before we close this prayer in this container.

Thank you spirit for speaking through my brother this morning when he thought he didn't have much to say.

Thank you for expressing yourself as him through him as only you can express yourself as him and through him because there is only one Tramond.

There is only one of each and every one of us yet we are all intertwined in your love,

In your grace,

In your perfection.

There is a song that I listen to,

It's called Pieces and it speaks about how you don't give yourself to us in pieces.

In every perceived piece you are present in your fullness.

So it doesn't matter what we perceive you to be.

I could perceive you,

We could perceive you in a flower,

In an animal,

In a human,

In a tree and you are present in your entirety.

You don't separate yourself.

And so I thank you this rising for communicating with us individually in the language and the understanding and inner standing of our own heart and soul.

Because it's always the peace for us.

That's what we see when we look at our bank accounts.

Peace.

That's what we see when we look at our friends and our family.

Peace.

That's what we see when we look at a challenging or difficult situation or circumstance.

We choose to see peace.

Because in conscious awareness we know that we get to choose you.

Because you have always chosen us.

And always will.

And so I thank you spirit,

I thank you for everything.

I thank you for the simplicity of this prayer.

I thank you for the simplicity of my brother and I sitting beside the river with Udu,

Our lovely doggo companion sitting behind us,

Laying behind us.

I thank you for the earth angels that have opened their homes to us.

I thank you for the roof and the shelter that has been provided and afforded to us.

I thank you for the food that we are able to eat and digest.

That is nourishing our body temples.

We thank you for the abundance of your joy.

We thank you for the abundance of your peace.

And we thank you for the abundance and the graciousness of your presence.

Because your presence is the greatest gift that we will ever receive.

And I was reminded yesterday that my presence is the present.

My presence is the gift.

I don't need to come in hand with any material object.

I am the present.

You are the present.

My brother is the present.

This is a practice.

Prayer is a practice.

Choice is a practice.

Joy,

Peace,

Love,

Compassion,

Patience.

These are all things that we are here and that we get to.

We get to practice.

And I thank God,

We thank God for that in itself.

The ability and the wherewithal to practice.

We both thank you for the full integration of spirit body and human body.

We thank you for the duality of life.

We thank you for the neutrality of life,

Knowing that everything is neutral and we give it a meaning.

And that we get to choose love.

When others are presenting something different.

What we perceive that they are presenting something different.

Because everything is love.

And so spirit I thank you for my legs and my feet which get to walk beside this river this morning.

I thank you spirit for my ability to hear so that I can hear the water flowing down the bank.

That I get to hear the beautiful sounds of the birds.

And that I get to always hear my brother pray.

I thank you for the discipline that you have placed upon my heart.

I thank you for the discipline to pray in moments of strife or angst.

I thank you for your ever present,

Ever sufficient,

All knowing,

All seeing,

Beautiful aspect of life.

Recognizing that all that we have shared is accessible to not just us but to each and every one of you and it's accessible right now.

Not later.

It's available and accessible to us now.

And so for this morning,

For this prayer,

For these words spoken,

For the sunshine,

For the animals,

For the breath in our lungs,

For our sensorium,

For our organs,

For our body temple,

We give a humble thanks.

A beautiful thanks.

A joyous thanks.

Spirit we love you and we know that without you we are absolutely nothing.

And so I and we rest a shore in the surety of you.

In the knowingness of you.

In the ever present peace of you.

And so I know just as the sun rises each morning and the moon appears each night,

I know and we know without a shadow of a doubt,

Without a second guess,

That everything is already done.

And so we give thanks for this and so much more spirit.

We release this prayer.

We release these words.

We release these vibrations.

We release this love,

This joy,

This peace,

This patience,

This compassion.

We release the overflowing bank accounts that we see so that we may circulate this promissory note.

So that we may circulate this energetic force field.

We give thanks spirit.

And we rest easy in your love.

We release this prayer by saying and so it is.

And so it is.

And so be it.

And so be it.

And we thank you spirit.

Thank you so much spirit.

We thank you for everything.

Thank you for the smile upon my face right now.

Thank you for the peace in my heart.

Thank you for this beautiful brilliant being that I get to live with and enjoy life with.

That I get to be a witness to and I get to be witnessed by.

Thank you spirit for knowing what my heart needed in a brother.

Thank you for the safety that my heart needed in this beautiful man.

Thank you for the embodiment that he is.

Not the embodiment that he wishes or strives to be.

The embodiment that he is.

I thank you spirit.

I thank you.

God is good.

God is so good.

And so are each and every one of you.

Good.

Perfect.

And so am I.

And so are we.

Peace from peace family.

Joy from joy.

And love from love.

We love you so much.
