Welcome to another beautiful joyous moment in spirit,
In life and in love.
We come into you live this morning from Peru with the two of us,
Rachel Rose and Trey Mon,
McZeal.
Okay,
Look,
You're about to be extra blessed right now because we are extra blessed.
In the mountains of Peru,
Beneath sacred sites,
Next to this bubbling river,
There's so much to be grateful for in this moment.
So much to be grateful for in this moment.
Silence and awareness is sometimes for me the greatest form of gratitude and appreciation.
And so I invite us all into a moment to just enjoy everything that surrounds you,
Everything that you can hear that's around us.
Thank you,
Spirit.
Thank you,
Spirit,
For that moment of silence.
Thank you,
Spirit,
For the peace that surpasses any and all understanding.
If you are able,
Continue to keep your eyes closed as we turn within,
Turning within to self,
Turning within to that inner core,
That inner compass,
That inner relationship that we have with divinity.
Because Mother,
Father,
God is here,
Always has been and always will be.
So we turn within so that we may turn away,
Turning away from outside external situations and circumstances,
Outside moments of lack or limitation.
Anything that we are perceiving that is going to keep us separate from ourselves,
From the love of spirit and from one another.
Because that is the greatest illusion of all,
Is the illusion of separation,
That I am separate from you and that you are separate from me.
The key ingredient is spirit.
The only ingredient is spirit.
So in spirit,
I am you,
And in spirit you are me.
So let us be quick to hold space of compassion rather than judgment.
Let us be quick to hold a space of patience rather than judgment.
Let us be quick to ask questions without judgment.
Listening as the birds are speaking and singing,
Listening as the water is flowing freely,
An open channel of water.
And that is what we are.
We have this physical body temple and we must continue to practice and remain open so that love can just flow through us freely.
That open channel,
That open vessel,
You are the conduit to which spirit gets to express itself through.
Grateful for this moment to turn within.
We turn within so that we do not go without.
So that we do not go without love,
Without joy,
Without peace,
Without safety,
Without a sense of home.
All of that existing on the inside.
All of that we already have.
We are already loved because we are love.
We are already home because we are always ever present.
We are one with spirit and so one in spirits likeness.
And so the qualities of spirit that I recognize as love,
As harmony,
As balance,
As omnipotence,
Those are my qualities.
Those are your qualities.
You are present in every aspect of your life.
I am present in every aspect of my life,
Never in absence,
Never in absence.
So grateful to be able to speak of myself and of all of us as I speak of spirit.
So grateful to know that as I speak of spirit,
I speak of us.
I speak of the infinite potential that we are.
I speak of the unconditional love that is our fundamental essence.
I speak of the goodness that is us.
That is so unfathomably real that it's hard to even see.
It's hard to even comprehend because it's just who we are.
It's what we are.
So real that it is taken for granted.
But in this moment we celebrate it.
In this moment we give celebration and glory to the goodness that is all around and ever present.
We recognize that joy is always present.
We recognize that peace is always present.
And this is an eternal truth,
An eternal quality of God that is not undone by any circumstance,
Is not undone by any emotional wave.
It is not undone by depression.
It is not undone by trauma.
It is not undone by a moment of anger.
It is not undone by a moment of perceived lack.
The truth is that I and you and all of us exist in an eternal field of peace and goodness that never goes away.
Never goes away.
Never goes away.
And it doesn't matter whether we ignore it.
Our ignorance means nothing for spirit and everything for our experience.
Because we can create the experience that we want because spirit is that good.
And spirit is going to continue to be good.
No matter what.
And you may skip a beat but spirit never will.
I skip beats spirit and spirit never does.
And I am so grateful to realize that all things are well,
That all circumstances and all situations pass,
And that the only thing that is ever left is the reality of spirit,
Which is love and goodness and ever present and eternal.
That's the reality that is always here.
And all things,
All things dissipate back into that reality.
And I am so grateful to be one with that reality now.
So grateful to have this realization that all things are done.
That spirit has already accomplished your life on your behalf.
That's why you breathe.
Because you're already an accomplishment of God.
So grateful that this is the reality and so all things are working perfectly.
Perfectly.
Perfectly.
And as my sister Rachel Rose said,
Spirit is the only ingredient in any,
Any circumstance.
Gratitude is a practice.
Gratitude is a way of living.
It's a way of expressing it's an attitude.
And I am so beyond words could ever explain grateful for the knowing that resides within my being.
Because I could not always say that.
But guess,
Guess what?
Spirit could always say that about me.
Spirit could always say that about you.
You hit it on the head brother you said spirit don't skip a beat.
And when the silence and the stillness is present,
Spirit still ain't skipping a beat.
And we understand,
We know what it's like to be in that depression state.
But what does depressed mean?
Deep rest is required.
Deep rest is required for the spirit,
The soul,
The mind,
The body,
The heart.
Deep rest is required when you are feeling depressed.
When you are feeling a ton of anxiety.
That's just an opportunity to go within and be in communion and bathe in the bassness and the beauty of spirit.
Spirit is here.
Spirit is right where you are right where we are.
In its fullness.
It's not only pieces,
It doesn't give itself in pieces.
Right where you are,
Right where I am and everywhere that is in existence,
Spirit is in its fullness.
What an honor.
What an honor to be surrounded by love.
To know that there's nothing that we could ever do.
Nothing that we could ever do.
Nothing that we could ever repay for spirit.
For the gifts that are given to us freely.
Yes,
We as humans,
We do take things for granted.
But guess what spirit says?
It's okay.
I love you anyway.
And I will continue to grant you more and more and more of my love and more of my goodness.
So just keep going.
Just keep turning within.
Just keep surrendering.
Just keep praying.
Just keep journaling.
Just keep moving that body temple.
Just keep hydrating that body temple because that body temple is a genius operating system and it has needs.
And I need you to give it what it needs because I give you all that you need.
So I am just honored.
I am grateful for every left and right turn,
For every pause,
For every backslide that led me to right here right now.
To be able to say that I am living,
Breathing in Peru.
Spirit,
Thank you.
Thank you for my brother that is sitting next to me.
I get to feel his energy moving and penetrating through my soul.
Because we are children.
We are children of you.
We are children of the divine,
Of God,
Of the most beautiful creator that has ever,
Ever painted a canvas.
I thank you spirit.
I thank you for this knowing that resides within my soul.
I thank you for the work that you met me in,
The trenches that you met me in,
The dark spaces that you met me in and never left me alone.
Thank you spirit.
Thank you so much spirit.
Thank you for this moment.
Thank you for the fullness that I feel in this moment.
Grateful for every single backslide.
Grateful for every dip.
Because every backslide wasn't nothing but the next step.
Backsliding into my purpose,
Into my reality,
Into my future.
Because it's nothing but the next step for spirit.
Always advancing,
Always expanding,
Never contracting,
Never becoming less than itself.
I am never less than the fullness of spirit.
And you are never less than the fullness of spirit and life.
That is you.
That is all of us.
And so there is no moment,
Even when we feel and we can't feel.
We can feel heavy.
We can feel anxious.
We can feel the energy of the time.
But the energy of eternity ain't worried about these times.
Say it again please.
Please,
Please,
Please say it again.
The energy of eternity is not worried about these times.
This moment too shall pass.
And we'll be right back where we always are.

You're home right now.
With spirit where you are.
So grateful that I am home right now.
Because I am rooted in spirit I've been able to be everywhere.
Mentally,
Physically,
I can go anywhere in existence and still be here because my root is in spirit.
And our root is in spirit.
And so as a collective we have gone through so much.
As a people,
As a species,
As embodied spirits,
Because we're not the only ones here that's going through a lot.
As embodied spirits on this plane of existence we going through a lot.
But because we are rooted in our truth of spirit we are still here and flourishing.
So grateful to the reality of spirit that is the reality of me and you and everything at all times.
At all times.
I surrender to the goodness.
We give thanks to the goodness.
I surrender to the excellence.
We give thanks to the excellence.
And I surrender to the ever present love.
And we give thanks to the ever present love.
We give great deep high thanks and praise.
We know this truth is true for us therefore we know it's true for you because we are all rooted in spirit.
We give thanks by releasing this prayer,
By releasing these words,
By releasing these energetic fill in tones of pure love.
Pure love.
We give thanks for this and so much more.
So much more.
Sight beyond sight.
Releasing this into the law of creation knowing that this word is imbued with the power of spirit because I am spirit and that it is creating a reality in its own likeness for each and every person listening and not listening because what is happening here is happening everywhere.
And I am so grateful that this prayer is being released to the edges of spirit and there is no edge.
There is no end.
The edgeless edge.
I know that this is done.
I know that it is already completed.
Thank you spirit.
And I just give so much gratitude and I say it so it is.
So be it.

It's already done.
The sun is shining.

You are breathing.
It is already here.

We love you.

And like I always like to say right where you are,
Love is present.
