Begin by settling into a comfortable position,
Allowing your spine to be straight and your body to be supported.
This meditation is designed to be returned to again and again as a form of energetic hygiene,
Just as natural as washing your hands or taking a breath.
And so let's begin by breathing slowly in through the nose and exhaling gently through the mouth.
Breathing in again,
As you inhale,
Allow your awareness to focus on the sensation of your breath in your body.
And as you exhale through the mouth,
Same thing,
Feel the physical sensation of your breath.
Once again,
Easy breath in through the nose,
Just allowing your focus to rest and settle with the breath.
And exhaling through the mouth.
And then simply keep your awareness with your breath,
But allow the breath to find its own rhythm.
And now bring your awareness to your physical body,
As well as your energetic field,
The space around your physical body.
Just observing,
Connecting,
Maybe even visualizing your energetic field out about two or three feet in all directions.
And then also bring your awareness to the space beyond your energetic field,
The space in the place where you're practicing this meditation right now.
And as you connect to that space,
Also start to connect to the notion that as we move through our world and our day,
It's natural for us to pick up energy,
Emotions,
Impressions that don't necessarily originate with ourselves.
And in this practice right now,
We're not pushing anything away.
We're simply clarifying what is ours and what belongs.
And so bring your awareness next to the space beyond your physical body,
Your energetic field,
That egg-shaped aura field.
And imagine there's a soft boundary,
Maybe a sheath of light around your field that's permeable,
It's intelligent,
And it's responsive right at the edge of your aura.
Notice if there's a color to it,
If it's gold or white or pink.
And as you connect to this space right at the edge of your field,
This permeable,
Intelligent,
Responsive space,
Start to connect to the fact that it knows you.
And as you breathe in next,
Inhale through your nose and simply call your awareness here and now.
And as you exhale through the mouth,
Allow anything that is not truly yours to gently exit your field.
Breathing in,
You can take in the air through your nose,
But imagine you're also taking in some energy from the space around you,
But that sheath,
That protective barrier is just taking in things that are resonant with who you truly are.
And as you breathe out,
Anything that's not yours is leaving and moving beyond that protective layer.
You might imagine as it leaves,
It dissolves into the air,
Or maybe it drains down into the earth where it can be transformed.
Just staying with the breath,
Inhale,
Feel the safety that you have at this moment with this protective shield taking in energy from outside of you.
And as you exhale,
Allow whatever is not truly yours,
Visualize it leaving.
And know that there's no need to identify precisely what is leaving.
Notice that your system knows that your energetic field is so intelligent.
And we're just going to stay with the breath here a few more rounds,
Inhaling,
Take in the air into your body,
Take in the energy,
The fresh energy from the space around you,
But allow that sheath,
That protective barrier to just let in anything that really resonates with who you truly are.
And as you exhale,
Anything that is not truly you is leaving your field.
And those energies are either dissolving into the air or dropping into the earth.
Let's rest here for a few breaths,
Just allowing this experience to complete.
And feel how seen you are and understood you are by your field.
And just like law of attraction dictates,
Who you truly are is magnetizing more of that light.
So allow that to come in as you inhale.
And then as you exhale,
Anything that is not that is leaving.
So with every breath,
As the space clears on the exhale,
On the inhale,
We're inviting more of our own authentic energy.
To take up space and feel it gathering naturally in your body,
Bringing coherence and steadiness as you're cleansing with the exhale and magnetizing your light,
Calling more of yourself here.
There's a sense of coherence,
This hum of steadiness.
And let's rest here,
Continuing with the breath,
But just experiencing this clearing,
Experiencing this healing.
And I invite you to continue this practice for as long as you'd like and as you need.
The clearing can happen in moments or minutes,
Whenever you choose.
And when you are ready,
You can bring your awareness back into the space where you're currently seated or lying.
And as you open your eyes,
I invite you to set the intention to carry this sense of energetic clarity with you throughout your day today,
Throughout your week this week.
