Hello and welcome.
Welcome to Everything is Energy.
I am recording just before the full moon in Leo on February 9,
2020.
And I'm recording just a little bit early because I want to give you a sense of the energies now and in the next several days time to come.
And I feel like the energies right now in early February are potentially best understood at least out the gates through the eyes of Venus.
Venus,
This goddess,
Enters the sign of Aries on February 7,
Shortly before the moon's opposition to Pluto and Saturn.
But let's start with the first part,
Venus and Aries.
These two are very much opposites in the sense that Venus loves love,
Values,
Give and take,
Sharing,
Beauty,
Harmony,
Peace,
Balance.
And Aries wants action and initiation for its own sake,
Regardless of peace.
And while the spelling is slightly different in Greek mythology,
Aries is the god of war.
And in contrast for the Romans,
Venus is the goddess of love.
So you can just kind of get the sense of the oppositional nature of this energy,
Venus and Aries.
And you know who else is in Aries with Venus?
Chiron.
Venus is conjunct Chiron in Aries.
And Chiron is the wounded healer.
So these two together are really helping to the full moon to shed light on the aspects of our lives,
The relationships with ourselves and with others that do not serve the core light of who we are.
And we find a similar sort of flux of vibration or energy in the moon's opposition to Pluto and Saturn.
And I've talked before about Pluto and Saturn in Capricorn.
This is going to be happening for a while.
Pluto is in Capricorn until 2024.
And Pluto is really taking the symbolism of Capricorn,
Which is sort of law and order and top-down ways of doing things.
And it's pointing out the shadow side,
Which is potentially corruption or lack of honesty.
And it's doing so because ultimately,
As we look at these things,
We shift them.
We move from top-down to something more equalitarian.
But Pluto together with Saturn in Capricorn,
Saturn is karma.
So really they're supporting ultimately those of us who are doing the work,
Healing and holding ourselves in integrity.
We are being seen by the universe.
And the full moon in Leo is opposing these energies.
So this is sort of a multifaceted deep dive into these aspects of power and protection and heaviness.
And they're being exposed by the light of the Leo full moon.
And gosh,
Well,
Let's lighten things up.
Let's get to the Leo full moon.
This is where things get more expansive.
Leo's the lion.
Leo's lions are the head of their pride.
They love fun.
They love joy.
They love play.
They love to be in the spotlight.
And so we have this energy of the king coming through.
We also have the reminder to listen to our heart center.
Leo,
Let me tell you why Leo is a fire sign ruled by the sun.
And here with the full moon,
When we have a full moon and the sign of the sun,
It's quite special because usually sun and moon,
Well,
They're always opposite during one of these events,
But Luna is in the sign of the sun.
And so this is where Leo is going to be able to hold space for the full moon,
Almost like a ray of light shining down on all that feels dark and heavy in our lives,
As I mentioned just a little bit ago.
And right now we're being encouraged to connect on an even and ever deeper level to our own light,
The light within our heart,
To our soul's purpose.
We're being supported and we're also being shown the areas of our life that can use more of our own light,
More light in general.
And put it another way,
I'm just seeing it.
It comes this light of this full moon comes to clear away anything that dims our light and separates us from feeling bright and powerful on this journey in this lifetime.
So here's where things get interesting.
I mentioned timeline acceleration.
We really get to understand right now,
This is a teaching moment,
Time,
Energy about the power of our awareness.
We're really coming to understand that everything we focus on is being amplified more and more and more and more.
Not only with every vibration we send out are we coming to understand that that is significant,
But also because the energies present are allowing things to happen in a quicker manner.
There's less of a buffer between what we think and what we send out and what we get.
We've almost had this sort of protection buffer and we'll continue to have that for a while between every single thought that we have and what happens because we don't always think the best thoughts.
But spirits really wanting us,
These planets are wanting us,
We're wanting us to awaken.
And these energies are coming to clear away everything that dims our light and separates us from who we really are.
So we're dipping our toe into a more real time experience of manifestation right now.
And Mother Earth is coming through right now.
She wants you to know that if it doesn't serve you and it doesn't feel good,
To consider that every single vibration you offer is what you're asking for.
So she's letting you know that if it doesn't serve you and it doesn't feel good to change that channel ASAP.
And also if what you're thinking and what you're doing and what you're feeling and where you're at,
What you're reading online,
What you're watching makes you feel good,
Great,
Amazing,
More of that,
Yes please.
And if not,
You have the power to change the channel of what you're paying attention to.
And this message from Mother Earth is so in sync with the timeline acceleration.
And one way to look at this is that time is literally feeling like it's speeding up.
We may pull our head up one day and realize that a week or a month has gone by.
And this is because the energies are intensifying.
And timelines are accelerating because every single thing,
We're giving our order to the universe every moment of every day.
And we're becoming more able to pull things from the higher dimensions down into 3D,
Down onto this earth with more speed.
And I want to share with you briefly,
I've been told by Spirit and been inspired to offer a new online course,

Helping us to harness our consciousness to manifest our soul's purpose.
And it's such a great mix of modern science and metaphysics and laws of the universe and personal practice.
And I'll put a link after our practice.
Right now,
I really do want to get to a practice.
So give yourself a few,
Probably five to 10 minutes of time,
Probably 10,
Where you're not going to be disturbed.
As always,
Sit with a straight spine,
Close your eyes.
Take a moment to check in with your physical body and notice if there's any areas where you're holding tension in your shoulders or your back or your belly and just relax.
Allow all the muscles in your body to relax.
Bring your awareness to your breath next and just take a nice deep breath.
Breathe in through your nose and fill your chest,
Fill your lungs.
And release through your mouth.
And again,
Breathing in and releasing through the mouth.
One more time,
Take a nice deep in breath and exhale.
And now I invite you to imagine yourself either sitting or floating in the middle of a very still body of water.
Let the water be a comfortable temperature for you.
So make it warm if you're feeling chilly,
Make it cool if you feel in need of refreshment.
And allow all the muscles in your body to stay relaxed.
And this water is so super still that even the subtleties of your breath and your heartbeat are vibrating out,
Sending small ripples through the water in all directions.
And as you're sitting or floating in this body of water,
I invite you to connect to your energetic field,
To your energy body that's both within your physical body and as you know,
Extends out in all directions.
And see if you can just notice right now,
Take a check on how you're vibrating.
And imagine this as well as being sent out into the water.
And not only sent out into the water,
It's being sent out in all directions into the energetic soup of the universe.
And now checking in with your day today,
The last 24 hours of your life,
Was there anything that you did automatically or out of habit that brought your vibration down?
Maybe it was paying attention to a text.
Maybe it was what you said to yourself when you looked in the mirror this morning,
Perhaps is what you shared with a friend about the news in your life.
Whatever was the lower vibration,
I want you to just check in with that for a second and see if as you bring your awareness there,
You can kind of feel yourself drop a little bit.
And now I invite you to imagine this water isn't just water,
It's salt water.
Salt water is oh so cleansing and purifying.
So when you're ready to release that habit,
That behavior,
That way of attending to a certain person's text or looking at yourself and what you say when you're ready to make that shift to something that feels good because Mother Earth wants us to feel good right now.
You can send the lower vibration into the water.
And now that the water is salt water,
Those ripples,
They're not going so far.
The salt ions are absorbing these heavy energies.
And you can just feel yourself supported in this sort of neutral,
Comforting fluid,
Fully relaxed and lighter for having released whatever vibration was heavy.
And just allow yourself to breathe and to float.
Clear of this pattern,
Clear of this vibration.
And one more time check in.
Is there anything else that's ready for release as you consider that timelines are speeding up?
I'll write a little bit more about this in the blog,
But that everything's coming to matter more and more.
All the vibrations you offer,
Is there anything else you're ready to release?
A behavior,
A person,
A way of speaking or being with yourself.
And you might also just kind of subtly feel your vibration drop as you go there.
Note to self,
That's how that feels.
In this salt water,
As you're sending it out,
The salt is absorbing it and transforming it.
And you're free now to be released of it and still allowing yourself to sit or float.
Fully relaxed,
Held by this water.
Now from above is a soft,
Soft,
Soft rain beginning to fall.
Whether you're seated and it's falling onto your head or you're floating face up,
It's falling onto your face and your chest and your legs.
As this water is coming down,
It's coming from Mother Earth.
She's supporting you beneath you,
She's supporting you from above to feel cleansed and to shine ever brighter.
So this raindrops are actually filled with golden light.
As if the Earth and the universe are responding to your vibration,
Your intention to feel light,
To connect to your light.
And as you release the heavy energies,
This golden raindrops are falling down,
Infusing you with your light,
Reflecting back to you,
Your light.
I'm just allowing this to happen for a few more moments.
These raindrops aren't just cleansing,
They're infusing you with light,
Your light,
The light that you hold within you.
And as the rain just slowly,
Softly comes to a stop,
There you are floating in this body of water,
Still sending out all the time vibrations into this water,
Actually into every direction,
But this body of water now has turned into golden light.
It's reflecting back to you,
Your own light that you've been sending out and the amplification of this light that the Earth and the universe are reflecting back to you.
So now you're floating in this body of golden light water.
Take it into every single one of the cells in your body,
Sense and feel them shining with this golden light and take it into your entire aura,
Your field in all directions.
This sort of spherical egg that surrounds your body is now filled with this golden light.
And as you're having this experience,
You're coming to understand how powerful you are.
That simply by connecting to your light that the universe,
The Earth is just waiting to reflect back to you how bright and light and loving you are.
Hmm,
Interesting.
And I'm being shown to invite you to stay here.
You don't necessarily have to come fully back into your rational mind and your everyday world,
But you can set the intention to keep this with you.
This beautiful golden light,
It is you.
So this becomes your new energetic signature that you're offering.
Because there is no need to go back and drop down into where we began when we started this practice.
We are lighter and brighter for it.
So set your intention that as you prepare to open your eyes,
That all of this light that is you will remain with you.
This is the message of this full moon.
Sign brightly because now is the time.
And when you're ready to come back,
You can just gently open your eyes and take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe in,
Hold that breath for a moment and imagine,
Feel all the cells in your body still shining with that golden light.
And release the breath.
Eyes open still,
Breathing in again,
Another nice deep breath.
Breathe in and hold it and feel all the cells of your body vibrate in every aspect of your aura reverberate with this golden light.
And then exhale.
One more time,
Breathing in,
Nice deep breath.
And breathe out.
And know that you are better for this practice and now is the time for you to shine brightly.
