This is a mindfulness meditation to listen to while drinking your morning coffee. It does not require you to lay down and close your eyes; it is an instructional, guided meditation meant to focus your mind for the day at hand. It includes 'you are' affirmations, open-ended questions to the subconscious, and mindfulness/grounding exercises. The music and script is all original.
