Greetings.

Welcome to this everyday progress morning meditation.

Do not listen to this while driving,

Operating heavy machinery,

Or doing anything that requires your attention.

For you will enter a hypnotic state completely focused on my words.

To start,

Lie down in a comfortable position and relax.

Close your eyes.

Focus on the music.

In a moment,

You will take a deep breath for four seconds.

You'll hold it for six and release it for eight to my count.

Now,

Breathe in two,

Three,

Four,

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

And release two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Again,

Breathe in two,

Three,

Four,

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

And release two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Now,

Let go and allow yourself to breathe naturally.

And as a smile naturally spreads across your lips,

I will count down from 10.

And with each number said,

You will become more and more relaxed until you are in a completely suggestible state of bliss.

Subconscious will awaken now and become fully susceptible to my commands.

Relax your eyes,

Ears,

Nose,

And mouth.

Nine,

Relax your face,

Neck,

And entire head.

Eight,

Relax your chest,

Stomach,

And pelvis.

Seven,

Relax your upper and lower back.

Six,

Relax your biceps,

Triceps,

Elbows,

Wrists,

And arms.

Five,

Relax your hands and fingers.

Four,

Relax your thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

And entire legs.

Three,

Relax your feet and toes.

Two,

Relax all the muscles in your entire body.

Feel yourself become light.

One,

Feel your heart opening and your third eye awaken.

Now,

Sleep.

And know that you are completely saved now,

Completely relaxed,

Completely at peace.

I will now speak true statements directly to your subconscious mind.

These affirmations will challenge your daily self-talk and allow you to realize your true personal power in all situations.

Let's begin.
