Protection Meditation

Daily energy protection practice. It is vital to protect our energy daily, especially when interacting with the public or on social media. I use this practice daily as well as right before speaking to a large group or heading out for a busy day. This is a great practice to teach your children.

Greetings friends, Thank you for joining me. My name is Evelyn with Mercury Rhythm. Find a comfortable seated position or you may do this anywhere. If you are able to, Close your eyes or you may have your gaze gently look downwards. If your eyes are closed, Slowly envision in your mind's eye a light right in front of you. This light gently begins to grow. It begins to grow in a ribbon fashion. The color is special to you. Slowly begins to grow and dance and envelop you. You feel warmth, Love and protection as it surrounds you completely. You feel your feet or your body anchored to the ground, To the earth like roots. Imagining roots of your favorite tree deep down into the earth. Going deeper and deeper and deeper into the earth. Feeling grounded into Mother Gaia. Envisioning an armor of protection, Of love from universe, Your guides, Your angels placed all around you. You may do this at any time when you need to feel grounded or before you're headed into social media or a public setting. Thank you.
