Tonight,
As you prepare to get rest,
I invite you to turn off all electronic devices and shut your mind down of everything that happened within the day.
I invite you to visualize yourself rested and energized for the next day.
So let go of everything that you were unable to get done today.
It will be there tomorrow.
Let go of all the things that you thought that you could get done but were unable to.
You did your very best today.
And I invite you to release all tension,
All disappointments,
And everything in this day that may have made you anxious,
Sad,
Or upset.
I invite you to welcome peace into your heart space and letting go of anything that would hinder you feeling calm and peaceful.
Your body is in need of rest.
And so I invite you to do just that.
