Welcome.

This is Eve Dion and you are here with me for this loving kindness mantra.

It is designed to help you love yourself by first putting it in your thoughts and then into practice.

It is a mantra that can be spoken in the morning or before you go to bed.

Now I invite you to get in a quiet place,

One that you will designate to go to daily to maintain your new spiritual practice.

First let us acknowledge our breath.

Let's become one with our breath and in our thoughts.

Make sure you're comfortable and sitting up and your back is erect and your hands are open in a position ready to receive.

Now take a deep breath,

Inhale for six seconds through your nose and exhale six seconds through your mouth.

And I'm going to give you a moment to repeat this three more times.

Now I want you to focus your awareness on your heart and also focusing on your authentic self.

Then I'd like you to repeat these intentions first inside of yourself in your heart space and in your mind.

And then I invite you to bring the words out of your mouth.

We begin by saying the first mantra four times and then continuing on for each mantra for four times.

Let us begin.
