This is Eve Dionne and this is a healing meditation to support you after a toxic relationship.

It's okay.

I know right now you might be a little hard on yourself about being in this space again.

You want so desperately to be whole.

You've tried to ignore the trauma of your past,

Yet it finds you with every reaction and every party of shame.

Sweet soul,

You need not continue to suffer.

You can let go.

You can let go of the narrative that you are not enough.

You can let go of the fear that you won't be accepted as your authentic true self.

Those are all lies carefully constructed by those who are also in pain.

Today can be different.

If you choose to surrender to the love that is patiently living and buried under the self that you have created,

I know you did it for protection.

However sweet soul,

You're safe now.

All you have to do is believe.
