But to simply stop?

Stop your mind and take a step back and just breathe.

Give yourself a moment to calm down and reflect.

Observe what is happening around you and ask yourself,

Am I stuck in a pattern or a perpetual loop?

Listen within yourself to see what belief is replaying in your thoughts.

What experience from the past has you triggered?

And ask yourself,

Do you believe it to be true?

Proceed mindfully.

Do you care about this relationship?

How do you want to show up?

What do you want the end result to be?

And how do you get a successful outcome?

Simply stop.

You can make a different choice.
