Eva is an organizational psychologist specializing in research on mindfulness, well-being, and entrepreneurship. She is currently pursuing her PhD in this field. In addition, Eva is a certified 500-hour vinyasa and hatha yoga instructor with several years of experience practicing yoga and leading yoga and meditation sessions for individuals and groups. She has taken additional training in the instruction of yoga nidra, mindfulness-based strategic awareness (MBSAT), as well as training on self-development and interpersonal relationships.
