And offer thanks.
To the earth.
That supports you.

Let us invoke gratitude.
I release all fears,
All guilt,
All shame.
For the events of the day.
I give thanks for the lessons that they offer.
I give thanks for the gift of this space to remember.
I place my hands over my heart.
And I love all those parts of me.
That need it.
All those parts of me.
That are still working through.
What needs to be worked through.
I give all.
Of my pain to the divine.
And I invite in love.
And the deepest care.
To film.
The space left behind.
As I drift closer to sleep.

Deeper wisdom.

The gifts.
Of the universe itself.
