Hello,
My dear friend,
And welcome to this guided meditation on the pleasure of the present moment.
This meditation is really a little gateway to unlocking deeper awareness of what happens in the present.
Because,
You know,
It's in the present where we feel our power.
It's in the present where we feel our grounding,
Where we get access to our intuitions,
To our pleasures,
Our passions.
It's in the present where creativity happens.
So with this meditation,
What we're going to do is get in tune with the breath.
We will begin to breathe intentionally.
And then I will walk you through a simple exercise of awareness of how breath moves in the body,
Of how the senses,
What the senses are experiencing,
And then funneling that into a more pleasurable experience.
Pleasurable memories and using those to fuel our experience of the present.
Because oftentimes when we are exploring our pleasures,
We are calling up memories.
We are calling up things that we have experienced that brought us great pleasure.
End.
What we're doing in those moments is we're living in the past,
But we're experiencing it in the present.
So what we want to do is we want to take it one step further and take those past memories and experiences and offer those as sort of fuel or an offering to the present moment so that we can experience the full height of that joy and pleasure right here,
Right now.
It's a very simple idea,
But it's a powerful one.
And then we will conclude with just.
Bringing ourselves back into our bodies,
Into the space,
Feeling and channeling that pleasure that we have invoked into the present moment.
And we will slow down and allow the energy to move in a way where we can feel ourselves.
We can feel our creativity.
And.
.
.
We can move through the rest of our day with deeper intention.
And,
Of course,
Deeper pleasure.
So with that.

I invite you to get comfortable.
Find a place to sit or lie down.
Let's go on a short journey together.
And close your eyes.
And begin to take deep breaths.
Intentional breath.
As I begin to clear the space with a bit of sage.
And we invite in the honoring.
Of the four directions.
The honoring of the earth underneath and the sky above.
And that point.
.
.
Awareness.
Centered within each of us.
Our connection.
To the Universe.
Anchoring us in this time and space.
Allowing the weight of your body.
To feel anchored.
Upon the surface beneath you.
And as you breathe,
Let's begin to allow our conscious thoughts.
To fade away.
Still.
Present.
But bringing that presence into a sense of effortlessness.
A sense.
Of simple.
Is her.
The presence that never actually goes away.
Is always here.
Whenever we wish to come back to it.
Deep breath in.
And now.
And continue to take deeper breaths.
As you begin to notice the sensation.
Of the air moving in and out of your body.
Feel the temperature of the air.
As it moves up into your nostrils.
And down into your lungs.
Feel the sensation.
Of both nostrils.
Notice the width.
Of your nasal passages.
Your sinus.
Feel the way the air gently caresses.
These passengers.
And I invite you to place.
A little smile on your face.
Noticing.
Pleasure.
Again.
That this sensation brings you.
Noticing how the air.

Flows deep into your body.
Nourishing each day.
Self.
Noticing how the air flows and fills your lungs.
And how the blood vessels in your lungs carry the oxygen you need.
Throughout your body.
Wherever it needs to go.
Now I invite you.
To breathe a little bit faster,
A little bit deeper.
Bringing your awareness to the breath.
Noticing how your awareness focuses on each breath as it happens.
There's no need to worry about past breaths.
Or future ones.
There's only.
That is happening right now.
Now allowing your body to notice.
How good it feels.
That elevation of energy.
I invite you to call in.
Memories that you've had.
Memories of deeply pleasurable experiences.
Feel them come up.
And feel how your body reacts to them.
What does your body do?
When you feel these memories.
Notice.
If your body opens up.
If your body.
It hurts.
Of your body.
Relax it.
Now.
Holding that feeling.
Inside you.
Fuel those memories into the pleasure itself.
Feeding that fire.
We dedicate this pleasurable offering to you.
To the fire.
Of your pleasure.
Now see if.

These offerings.
Increase the intensity of the pleasure.
See if it brings you into deeper awareness.
Of your surroundings.
Notice the sensations on your skin.
What does the air taste like?
If your body wants to move.
And dead.
Feel how that pleasure wants to flow through you.
Yeah.
Letting go.
Allow that energy to fuel your confidence in this present moment.
Allow the confidence to deepen.
Doesn't it feel good to feel confident?
Doesn't it feel good?
Be present.
To every sensation happening.
Allow yourself to slow down.
As if you were dancing inside a pool of perfect.
Water.
Temperature.
Allowing yourself to easily breathe.
Noticing how the energy just moves.
And slide.
Gracefully.
Ebbing and flowing.
Brushing.
And surrendering.
You can do it.
Let go even further.
Bring yourself into the deepest conscious awareness.
Of this moment that you possibly can.
Make every sensation.
In this moment.
Your most fascinating.
Focus.
There's no memory.
Only.
What you feel right now.
Great work.
Now in a moment,
You're going to open your eyes again.
And when you do.

Invite you.
To allow yourself to feel a sense of contentment.
Anchoring in the present.
Allow yourself to begin to feel that gratitude for the life.
And support of your body.
One more deep breath.
And you may open your eyes.
Take in your surroundings.
And place your attention on something beautiful.
Within your view.
No matter what it is.
Feel the beauty.
For that thing.
Let it connect you to the present moment.
And your surroundings.
The space.
In which you occupy.
Now remember to slow down.
Make every single movement.
Every single one.
As intentional.
As you can.
Feel the things you touch.
Take note.
Of things you hear.
And the things you see.
Slow down with the food you eat.
And always ask.
