Eva Bruha, from Switzerland has been practicing Mindfulness Meditation for more than 30 years and has learned under the guidance of many teachers in Europe, the US and Asia. Among them Joseph Goldstein, Carol Wilson, Sayadaw U Janaka, Tsökniy Rinpoche and others. She has been authorised to teach by renowned teacher Christopher Titmuss in 2002. She is teaching Mindfulness Meditation and MBSR courses for over 20 years. Eva lived in Ireland for 15 years and ran Kalyana Centre in Dingle for 10 years. She offers supervision to those training as MBSR teachers, as well as others who wish to reflect on their practice with her support. She returned to Switzerland in 2019 where she continues to offer Meditation courses.
