Morning meditation to feel safe and enough.
Allow yourself to be comfortable,
Seated or lying down,
Relaxing your body and resting your palms.
Softly close your eyes and be present with your body.
Bring your awareness into your breath,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Allowing your breath to flow softly and naturally,
There is nowhere else to be.
Embracing this moment by embracing the rhythm of your breath,
Calming your body,
Mind and soul.
You are alive,
The most precious gift in the universe,
In this moment you are alive.
Embracing the resistance of any thoughts,
Embracing this precious moment,
You are safe.
Embracing your uniqueness,
Life is happening for you.
Now bring your awareness into your heart space.
Feeling your heart beating with love.
Feeling so safe and knowing that you are enough just the way you are.
Now repeating the affirmations silently in your mind.
Today I trust the process of life.
I am enough just the way I am.
I embrace my uniqueness.
I am safe and I am love.
