Welcome,

Dear one,

Take a moment to be comfortable,

Closing your eyes and becoming aware of your breath.

Noticing the breath easily bringing you back into the present moment.

Now,

To ground yourself,

Breathe in and breathe out deeply and slowly for a few moments.

Now breathing in with affirmation,

I relax.

Breathing out with affirmation,

I let go.

Breathing in,

I relax.

Breathing out,

I let go.

I relax.

I let go.

I relax.

I let go.

Keep breathing with this awareness.

Now breathing naturally.

Maybe you can place your palms gently over your heart,

Embracing the flow of your breath into your body.

Embracing the moment of calmness,

Feeling the relaxation filling your whole being.

Letting down and melting away all your tension,

Stress and worries with each breath.

Maybe you can relax your palms with each out-breath.

Letting go of anything that no longer serve you.

You are here,

Filled with peace,

Presence and relaxation.

Feeling grateful for this peaceful moment.

Now taking a deep breath in.

Breathing out slowly.

With a gentle smile,

Open your eyes to the space around you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.
