Welcome to Take A5,
A collection of short five-minute meditations dedicated to create a brief yet meaningful pause in your day.
Give yourself this gift of rest,
Resilience,
Renewal,
And presence whenever you need it most.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position allowing yourself the next few moments.
To fully arrive.
Let's take an inhale through the nose.
And gently sign it out slow and controlled.
Uncertainty can feel uncomfortable.
Because the mind naturally wants answers.
It strives for certainty,
Control,
A clear path forward.
And life doesn't always offer these things.
While we will try to find solutions to every aspect of our life.
The only solution that is a constant is that it's unsolvable.
And yet,
You have lived through uncertainty before.
Notice that in this moment,
You actually don't need to know what happens next.
You only need to be here.
Taking an inhale through the nose.
And sign it out.
In your mind's eye.
Imagine standing at the edge of a forest trail.
You can only see the next few steps.
Not the entire path.
And that's okay.
Life has often unfolded this way.
One step forward and then another.
Notice if there's any urge to rush ahead or to predict,
To solve.
To force clarity.
And instead,
Gently say to yourself,
I don't know yet.
And then add.
And I can be okay while I don't know.
Let these words settle.
Not as blind optimism.
But has quiet confidence.
Confidence that whatever tomorrow brings,
You will meet it one breath,
One decision,
And one moment at a time.
Taking one final slow breath in together.
Exhaling out As you continue with your day,
Remember.
Peace isn't found when uncertainty disappears.
It's found when you discover that you can remain steady even while life is still unfolding.
I wish to thank you for taking a few moments out of your day to join me in this guided meditation.
