Uncertainty can be uncomfortable, especially when your mind wants answers, control, and a clear path forward. This meditation invites you to slow down, step out of the urge to predict or solve what hasn't happened yet, and reconnect with the present moment. Through breath and visualization, you'll practice meeting uncertainty without needing to eliminate it. You'll be guided to gently embrace the words, “I don't know yet, and I can be okay while I don't know.” Rather than forcing certainty or pretending everything will be fine, this practice helps you cultivate the quiet confidence that you can meet whatever comes, one breath and one moment at a time. Because peace isn't necessarily found when uncertainty disappears. It can be found when you discover that you can remain steady while life is still unfolding.
