Also known as the Svadhisthana Chakra.

In this meditation,
We'll focus on opening and balancing the energy center located in your lower abdomen.
The Sacral Chakra is associated with creativity,
Sensuality,
And emotional well-being.
As we drop into this session,
Please begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Prepare your area with intention and reverence,
And then slowly close your eyes,
Listening to my voice.
Let's begin by taking a few foundational breaths to reset and relax.
Inhaling through the nostrils,
Allow your belly to fill up first,
Then your chest,
And finally the head.
Briefly hold at the top,
And then audibly exhale with a sigh,
Releasing any tension or stress.
Let's do that again.
Inhaling through the nostrils,
Holding at the top,
And exhale out with a satisfying sigh.
Feel yourself becoming more relaxed with each breath.
Let's do that one more time.
Fully in through the nostrils,
Filling up all,
Holding at the top,
And exhale out with a sigh.
Continue with your breath.
Let me invite you to a vibrant orange energy center located in your lower abdomen,
Just below your navel.
Picture this chakra as a spinning wheel of light and vitality,
Becoming fixated on the colors,
The texture,
The luminescence,
With acute attention to all the details you can envision.
Let's further drop into our meditation today,
Affirmations,
Either silently or out loud.
Embrace my creativity.
I'm in touch with my sensuality.
Feel the power of these words as you say them,
Allowing them to resonate through the miracle that is you.

I invite you to visualize a river of orange energy from your sacral chakra.
This river represents your infinite and powerful creative potential.
This energy moving freely,
Unblocked,
And full of inspiration.
Fall into the joy element that creativity brings you.
Let's tap back into our foundational breaths,
The nostrils filling up the torso,
And exhaling out satisfied.
Once again,
I invite you to stay with your own cadence of breathing,
Your attention,
Your emotions,
Your judgments,
Allowing them to surface.
Embrace these emotions as a natural part.
Invite all of them in that you experience.
Each,
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Visualize the orange energy from your sacral chakra gently bathing your emotions.
To better understand and accept them,
The mind's eye,
A healing orange light pouring into your sacral chakra.
See it dissolving any blockages or tensions in this area.
A sense of warmth as this light spreads throughout your lower abdomen,
Bringing with it balance.
I invite you to incorporate gentle movements into our meditation,
Such as swaying your hips or rotating your pelvis in a circular motion.
Allow these movements to feel natural,
As if you're dancing to the rhythm of your own energy.
Feel in to the freedom and fluidity in your body.
