Words From The Orb: Part 2

Part two of a series of creative meditations, using our imaginations, to access Universal words of wisdom, opening the truth in our heart with the key of unconditional love.

Words from the Orb,

Part Two.

Welcome back.

Remember,

The paths of our imagination can lead us to spaces and places of beauty,

Peace,

Silence,

Contemplation,

Healing and resolution.

From these inner spaces we can access the wisdom of the universe.

It comes to us in many forms and guises.

It is important to use our imagination to positively influence and pattern our lives.

So,

Imagine,

As you gently close those eyes,

Imagine.

As you allow that body to sink into the surface supporting it,

As you let your breathing settle into its natural rhythm,

And relax.

Now,

Take yourself inwards,

Into that space behind your eyes,

To that dark,

Soft space where it is warm and safe.

Just stand there for a moment in that space and feel yourself relax even more.

And listen.

Listen to the gentle wash of water onto the sand.

And remember,

Bringing to mind that sandy,

Bush-lined track leading to a beach.

See it there in your imagination,

On the screen of your mind.

Today the track wanders uphill.

The silvery-green mist weaves its way up the track,

In and out of the bush.

You feel its pull.

Bare-footed,

Step into the screen and onto the track.

Feel the soft sand under your feet.

It relaxes you with its warmth.

A gentle breeze caresses your face as you slowly make your way up the track.

Hear the gentle whisper of waves as they flow and ebb onto the sand,

Somewhere beyond the track.

Filtered sunlight warms your head and shoulders.

The mist,

Now flickering green,

Silver and gold in the dappled sunlight,

Is like a soft cape around your shoulders.

The bush gives way to grasses that gently caress your legs as you pass.

The track leads you to the top of a dune.

Below you lies a broad expanse of beach,

A calm,

Flat sea shining like a sheet of deep turquoise glass,

Almost as still as a lake.

And a plateau of flat rock between the sea and the sand.

And an endless blue sky.

Take a moment to absorb their beauty.

The gentle roll of the waves on the sand and the white light foam as the water recedes,

Creating a soothing,

Calming sensation within you.

Breathe in the freshness of the air.

Feel it fill your lungs and spread gently through your body.

Listen to the sounds of the beach,

The waves,

The breeze,

The birds,

The grasses.

Lose yourself in the infinite space of the sky as you relax even more.

And more.

Now,

Feel the soft silvery green and gold mist move around your body and guide you down the dune to the beach,

Where the sand opens onto a large shock of flat rocks and rock pools.

The mist flows from you across the rocks towards one pool larger than the rest.

Follow it.

Feel the firmness,

The warmth and smoothness of the rocks under your feet.

The sunlight sparkles and glints on the surface of the rock pool water.

The pool reflects the deepness of the sky.

Sit here at the edge of the pool where the mist floats and drifts.

A soft breeze catches your hair.

Light salty spray from the sea touches your cheeks.

Let your feet dangle in the cool,

Clear water.

Feel it flowing gently over there.

Soothing.

Calming.

At peace.

Drift into the soft current of the water,

The silver gold green mist and the reflected blue sky.

And relax.

Your whole body at ease.

Timeless.

Within the blueness you become aware of a movement in the pool.

Focus.

The silver gold green mist is drawn inwards into a glass ball the size of a large grapefruit.

The sunlight catches its surface and is reflected onto you.

You watch me rise to the surface of the pool.

I drift close to you.

You feel my warmth,

My power.

You lean forward carefully and scoop your hands underneath me.

I am cool and smooth to touch.

I am quite light.

Gently lift me from the water and hold me up.

My interior is a swirling mass of silver,

Gold and green.

It's as if the mist is inside me.

The mist flows from me and wraps itself around you in a soft blanket of stillness.

Sit and study me,

Cupped in your palms.

Watch the mist swirl gently inside me.

Silver,

Gold and green.

It seems denser.

As you watch,

It changes to a sparkling pink,

White and violet.

A soft pink light caresses your fingers.

It flows through your whole body.

You know me.

I am the orb.

Made not of glass,

But universal crystal.

I feel beautiful in your hands.

Both cool and warm.

Hard and soft.

Continue to focus on me.

I vibrate in your hands.

A gold ribbon of light flows through me,

Creating a pathway inwards.

Drawing you in deeper and deeper.

Into a chamber of golden light.

You are suspended in the golden light.

Weightless in silence.

From the silence I speak.

Listen carefully.

Listen to my words.

Drift and flow with the words.

Listen to your heart.

Know and speak the truth that is there.

Let the words echo in your head.

Truth is the purity within the heart of your heart.

Peel away the layers and look into your heart.

Look for the truth within.

Unconditional love is the key.

Sit for a while now with my words.

Take your time.

Allow any feelings to come and go.

Allow any thoughts or images to come and go.

Observe without judgement.

Allow any inside thoughts or images to come and go.

Now ask yourself how unconditional is your love?

Allow any feelings to come and go.

Observe without judgment.

Now ask yourself how unconditional is your love?

It's now time to feel the orb in your hands.

Absorb its calmness,

Its stillness,

Its peace,

Its words,

Before you gently release it into the pool.

Watch as it drifts down and disappears into the depths.

Remember the words of the orb as you return now to your day or night.

Listen to your heart.

Know and speak the truth that is there.

Truth is the purity within the heart of your heart.

Unconditional love is the key.

Estelle, this was beautiful. May I ask one question about unconditional love? How do you express that you need something? Is that a 'condition'?
