In part 9 of this micro-series on Reiki, Estelle presents basic hand position 7, treating the ears. The series is in sequence so it's important to have done parts 1 to 8 and activated your hands before starting. Remember, the more you practise the positions, the easier the treatment flows and the stronger is the connection.

Reiki,

Seventh hand position,

The ears.

Make sure you're comfortable.

Relax.

Feel the warmth and tingle of energy in your fingers and palms.

Picture the soft white light entering your body,

Flowing from the crown of your head into your hands.

Cup your hands one at a time over your ears.

Relax into the energy flowing into your ears.

Picture the energy flowing in and filling the cavities of your head.

Feel the energy flowing between your ears,

Creating harmony and balance.

Be aware of any emotions you may experience or thoughts.

Just notice them and let them come and go.

Just watch them.

Listen carefully.
