One Minute Magic - Reiki (8) Basic Hand Position 6

In part 8 of this micro-series on Reiki, Estelle presents basic hand position 6, treating the eyes. The series is in sequence so it's important to have done parts 1 to 7 and activated your hands before starting. Remember, the more you practise the positions, the easier the treatment flows and the stronger is the connection.

Reiki, Sixth hand position, The eyes. Be delicate with the eyes. Make sure you're comfortable. Relax. Feel the warmth and tingle of energy in your fingers and palms. The white light flowing through your crown into your hands. One hand at a time, Cup them gently over your closed eyes. Move deep into the darkness. Look beyond. Allow any images, Colors, Lights, Thoughts, Ideas to come and go. Drift into the space. What do you see? Be aware of any images that are stronger than the rest. Breathe in and out into your eyes.
