Transcript

The paths of our imagination can lead us to spaces and places of beauty,

Peace,

Silence,

Contemplation,

Healing and resolution.

Our unconscious minds accept the reality of our imagination.

Our imagination is powerful.

So imagine.

As you gently close those eyes,

Imagine.

As you allow that body to sink into the surface supporting it,

Feel the surface under you.

Be aware of it changing.

Very soft and luxurious.

Turning into a beautiful,

Magic carpet.

Imagine its colours,

Patterns,

Textures you love.

Touch the surface with your fingers.

Soft,

Deep pile.

Sink in deeper.

Allow the essence of the carpet,

Deep peace,

Calm and relaxation to flow into you.

Feel very safe and protected.

Very comfortable,

Calm and relaxed.

Feel stress,

Tension,

Worries dissolve away.

Within the space of your mind,

Notice the slightest of movements as the carpet slowly rises.

Walls and ceiling fall away.

Movement so subtle and gentle.

So safe.

Enjoy the view as you rise higher and higher into an azure sky.

And still higher.

Allow the deep sense of space to fill you with ease and peace.

And still you move higher.

The azure sky turns to deep indigo.

Tiny stars sparkle and light the way.

Move deeper into the universe.

The velvety darkness is like a gentle cloak around you,

Protecting you,

Loving you.

Enjoy the experience.

Breathe in the peace and silence.

Feel the magic carpet drift,

Softly descending.

So softly,

Imperceptibly down.

Down.

Down until it lightly touches down.

You are on the edges of time.

The past.

The present.

And the future.

Before you spreads eternity,

Let the colors and flow of eternity wash over you.

Behind you,

The stars,

The indigo space of the universe,

And the past.

Let the colors and flow of the past wash over you.

The planes of time are all around you.

You can feel it.

Ask yourself,

How does time feel?

Allow the answer to come or not come.

Perhaps in sounds,

Worlds,

Images,

Colors,

Or impressions.

What does time look like?

What does time taste like?

Can I hear time?

Can I touch time?

What is time?

Can I move through time?

Can I go back in time?

Can I go back in time?

Can I go back in time?

Can I pray?

Strong,

Healthy,

Resourceful,

Successful,

At peace,

Content,

And happy?

Compassionate?

When you overcame your fears and doubts,

Ask now,

Which of those feelings do I need most at this moment in time?

Don't force it.

Whatever feeling comes into your mind,

Accept.

Allow it to just come.

Now as you look out into eternity,

At the edge of time,

A large clock,

Old fashioned face and hands,

Appears before you,

Suspended in space.

As you watch the clock,

Its hands turn slowly backwards,

Taking you back in time.

Back.

Back.

Back to that place in time,

That place when you experienced that feeling.

You may be surprised at where it takes you.

Stand there for a moment.

Allow that feeling to fill your body.

Now like turning up the sound volume,

Amplify it.

Really feel it.

Absorb it.

Immerse yourself in it.

Let it flow into every cell of your body and the spaces in between.

Hold it there.

Hold that feeling.

Remember it.

Bring the feeling with you now as the hands of the clock turn again,

Forwards or backwards.

Raise time to a time of happiness,

Even a single fleeting moment of happiness.

Drift in the stream of time into that moment.

Again you may be surprised at where it takes you.

Let that feeling of happiness fill your body.

Amplify it.

Really feel it.

Absorb it.

Immerse yourself in it.

Let it flow into every cell of your body and the spaces in between.

Let bubbles of happiness expand within you and burst as laughter all around you.

Let the laughter fill you.

Really feel the sensation,

The lightness,

The brightness,

The happiness.

As the clock hands turn forward,

Bring the feelings from both those moments in time back with you to the edges of time.

Back to your carpet.

Sit there for a while and let the feelings flow through you.

Sit there in the timelessness of space.

Free.

Feel the silence of timelessness wash through you.

Feel the love surround and caress you.

Feel yourself empowered.

Remember it.

It's time to return now.

Feel your magic carpet gently rise and bring you back through the indigo skies of the universe.

Back.

Back.

Back.

Back to your time and place.

Bring with you those feelings you've renewed ever so gently.

Think when you are ready,

Wriggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch your arms and open your eyes.

Remember the paths of our imagination can lead us to spaces and places of beauty,

Peace,

Silence,

Contemplation,

Healing and resolution.

Our unconscious mind accepts the reality of our imagination.
