Your chin.
Now imagine a balloon in your stomach.
Every time you inhale,
The balloon fills with air.
When you exhale,
The balloon empties.
Watch the balloon fill with air and then empty again.
Now imagine how a shining star spreads light from your head.
The star illuminates your whole body,
Your head and your heart.
Watch how the star spreads its light.
See how you yourself are full of light.
The light helps you to make everything you do succeed.
The light also helps you when you are sad or angry.
The star gives you peace and satisfaction.
The star is always there.
Now slowly start to move again.
Reach and yawn if you want to.
