You’ll learn how to rewire thought patterns through compassion, breathe with difficult feelings, and speak to yourself in ways that feel like care — not correction. No pressure. No perfection. Just small, meaningful shifts toward that well-deserved meaningful connection that you so deserve. Because sometimes, the most powerful medicine… is how you talk to yourself.
Reuben Lowe founded an online organisation 'Mindful Creation', as well as the non-profit for young people’s mental health called 'ACT on it'. Lección 1
The Conveyor Belt Of Thought - Disengaging Without Blame
In today’s session, we’ll be guided to gently step back from the stream of automatic thoughts — like stepping off a conveyor belt that never stops moving. We’ll experience the power of simply noticing thoughts as they pass by, without judgment, and without needing to believe or fight them. This is a taste of spaciousness — learning to disengage without blame, and discovering that awareness itself is already a kind response.
Lección 2
Not My Friend, Nor My Enemy – Acknowledging The Choice
For the second session, we’ll experience a powerful shift in how we relate to our minds. Rather than seeing it as a friend or a foe, we’ll begin to view it as a survival tool doing its job — sometimes helpfully, sometimes not. This opens the door to choice. We’ll explore what it’s like to pause, breathe, and choose which thoughts to follow — empowering ourselves to respond with clarity and care.
Lección 3
For When It Hurts – Softening Through Self-Acknowledgement
In today’s session, we turn inward during moments of pain. You’ll be guided through the experience of softening — not to fix what hurts, but to acknowledge it. Through validating self-talk, we’ll learn how to stay present when it matters most, offering a gentleness that soothes the nervous system and nurtures emotional resilience.
Lección 4
What To Say Instead – Re-engaging With Intention
In our fourth session, you’ll be invited to speak back to yourself with compassion and clarity. This is where intentional self-talk begins to take root. You’ll explore the difference between automatic mental chatter and chosen, validating words that support your growth. It’s not about being positive — it’s about being present and aligned with what matters most.
Lección 5
The Greater Intelligence – Where Awareness Becomes Compassion
In our final session, we’ll experience what it’s like to rest in the deeper awareness behind all thought — the part of us that can notice without judgment and respond with compassion. We’ll reflect on the idea that validating self-talk isn’t just a mental skill, but a spiritual practice that honors your humanity. This is where presence becomes power, and awareness becomes love.
