In this session, you’ll be guided through a visualisation to directly connect with your Leader Within - the calm, steady part of you that can make decisions without fear, urgency, or self-doubt. You’ll anchor this connection in your body and imagination, creating a repeatable state you can return to in any situation. This is not just a relaxation exercise - it’s a way to train your nervous system to recognise and trust your truest self.

Rewriting The Script – Changing The Beliefs That Shape Your Life
In this lesson, you’ll identify and rewrite the deep, often invisible beliefs that shape how you see yourself, others, and the world. Using your Inner Authority as a guide, you’ll choose one belief to transform, create a realistic and empowering rewrite, and anchor it through daily practices - journaling, partner feedback, somatic cues, and the Sankalpa practice in Yoga Nidra. By pairing repetition with embodiment, you’ll start living from a new, more aligned inner script.
