Lección 1
Observe Your Inner Voices
In this session, we will learn about how to quieten your mind, relax your body and connect to your inner voice. We will lay the foundations so you can understand the difference between the ego and your inner voice. You will learn about The Voices Of™ Method and what to expect over the next 10 days. You will understand the benefits of integrating the different inner voices and parts of the self and how to begin the process of deep healing and inner peace.
Lección 2
Embrace Your Inner Child Voice
In this session, you will learn how to connect to your inner child. You will learn about how the inner child, if left unheard, can manifest in your life in unhealthy ways. You will be guided to honour, connect and form a deeper relationship with this part of yourself. Journeying with the inner child voice can bring forth more self-love, creative expression and feelings of safety.
Lección 3
Release Your Fear Voice
In this session, you will learn about how the fear voice manifests in our lives in unhealthy ways. This is the voice responsible for feelings of anxiety, and self-doubt and holds some of our limiting beliefs. By observing this voice, you will start to feel the separation between your ego and your true voice. You will feel empowered to let go of fears, anxiety, stress and worry through this guided practice of finding acceptance with this part of yourself that has been trying to keep you safe. We will thank the fear voice for its messages but take it out of the driver’s seat of your life.
Lección 4
Quieten Your Shadow Voice
In this session, you will learn about how the shadow voice, your inner critic, can be quietened. You will learn how to acknowledge its protection and form a healthier relationship with this part that we so often keep in the shadows. It is by accepting and acknowledging it that we can also begin to form healthy boundaries with it, so it no longer rules our thinking. Letting go of your shadow voice allows you to experience more positive self-talk, rebuilds your self-esteem, and leaves you feeling more inner peace in your mind, body, and spirit.
Lección 5
Relax Your Doer Voice
In this session, you will learn about how the doer voice within us can take over and how it can lead to burnout. By connecting with this part of yourself, you will be able to tune into what you really need. You will be able to create healthier self-care practices and rebalance your masculine and feminine energies. This exploration will also support you to know when to take action on things in your life from a grounded, heart-centered place.
Lección 6
Meet Your Dreamer Voice
In this session, you will learn how to tell the difference between your ego’s dream for you and your true vision. When the ego is in the driver’s seat it can often sway you off your path of what you truly desire. Or it may disconnect you from being able to have clarity on what your vision is. You’ll learn how to determine when your dreamer's voice is present and how to ground down what you truly want to create in your life.
Lección 7
Honour Your Inner Wisdom Voice
In this session, you will be able to tune into your inner wisdom voice and receive messages of guidance and clarity on what you want to honour from your past and what you want to let go of. The inner wisdom voice holds a sacred energy and when we learn to draw upon the answers being within, we can feel more confident in decision making, more sure of ourselves and know what the best next step is to take in life day to day.
Lección 8
Integrate Your True Voice
In this session, we will integrate all the voices you have met so far throughout this course, so you can apply living from your true authentic self into your life. It’s by learning and understanding the difference between all the voices that you can truly come to know the difference of when your true voice is speaking. When you’re connected to your true voice you’re able to feel more joy, confidence, set healthy boundaries, share your voice and feel clear on your vision and next steps towards living your purpose.
Lección 9
Cultivate Your Celebrator Voice
In today’s session we’re going to be learning how to cultivate the energy of a voice that is supportive, positive, optimistic and kind. So that you can begin to rewire your thinking to a more positive mindset and be proud of who you are. You’ll be guided through meditation to welcome in a guardian angel who is full of positivity and celebration for you. This voice supports you to live in your truest self.
Lección 10
Manifest Your Gratitude Voice
On our final day together, we will be learning about how to cultivate the voice of gratitude. This is another guardian angel you can call upon to support you to shift your perspective and instead of letting the voices in your head be in the driver’s seat, you can shift your perspective to be one of gratitude, abundance, and feel clarity on what your true voice is guiding you towards.
