If you experience anxiety, you'll probably notice that when stressful situations occur, you'll find yourself in energetic states of Fight, Flight or Freeze. Understanding your response—not just physically but also energetically and spiritually—can open your awareness to new possibilities and ways of being!

Exercise One: What's Your Response?
You can easily discern your anxiety response—without having to actually experience stressful situations! We can work with reflection and awareness to notice our response, especially using gentle memory. Understanding how your anxiety shows up can bring soul awareness to situations that may have seemed overwhelming before.

Lesson Two: Is It Real?
Learn why remembring to bring your soul back into your body—not through grounding but by actually bringing your spirit self back into your physical container—will alleviate many feelings of anxiety by providing a state of full presences.

Exercise Two: What's Actually Real?
So much of what we worry about is not even real! When we take a close look at everything in our lives, it's very easy to determine what's an actual danger—and what's just a fear held in our memory or mind.

Lesson Three: Is It Mine?
Learn why so much of what we experience as anxiety is actually energy that does not belong to us. It is energy that belongs to other people, situations, places, objects and energy fields. When we discern what is ours, it is easy to feel safe.
Lección 6
Exercise Three: What's Actually Yours?
Once you realize you're empathically picking up energy from everyone, everywhere and everything—and that there's no way to stop this—you can easily learn techniques to release or hand back energy that's not yours. When you work at the soul level, you can easily can choose what energy you want to relate to.
Lección 7
Lesson Four: Is It Now?
When we experience anxiety, we can remember to look at the timeline or the "when" of the situation. It is happening now, or is it something that is coming up from a memory, from past lives, or from the future? When we know something is not "now", it is easy to relax.
Lección 8
Exercise Four: What's Actually Now?
You can instantaneously bring yourself into the calm awareness of Nowness—by simply by asking the anxiety if it is actually happening in this moment. We can only live one moment at a time, never in future or past. By determing if the anxiety is actually Now or not, we can relax.
