Very helpful reminder - I’ve noticed I tend to cycle. I’ll allow myself adequate rest, unconsciously add in seemingly small activities with their effects gradually wearing me down. Then I’ll be intentional about allowing myself adequate rest… I benefit from periodic reminders. Thank you!

This is my first completed course on this app. It has helped me in many ways. I've relistened to each class several times and will relisten to the whole course again to continue working in this subject for myself and thuse along my path.
