Welcome to this three-minute breathing space meditation.
I'm Erin Lee and the intention of this meditation is to support you to return to presence through the gateways of your physical body and breath.
Finding a comfortable seat or you may be laying down for this meditation.
Begin by placing your attention on to the simplicity of the inhalation and exhalation.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Becoming aware of how the physical body is responding.
The rising of the abdomen on your breathing.
The falling away,
The releasing,
The surrendering of your front body as you exhale.
And just doing your best to keep your attention on this,
The nature of the rising and the falling of your physical body as you breathe in and breathe out.
See if there's an opportunity elsewhere in your physical body to release any unnecessary tension.
Softening any hard edges,
Maybe in your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Inside your mouth.
Just softening off the whole physical body as you stay attentive to the inhalation and exhalation and how the body feels in response.
Just for these last few moments,
See if you can keep your attention noticing the way of your breath in and your breath out.
Being here with the breath.
