remember the beauty that you always are the energy that comes in the room whenever you enter you know within you is a well of infinite love and peace that you can always return to and you know that all is very very well in your world the dream you were born with exists for a reason the thing that keeps calling you is calling you for a reason you don't have to figure out logistically how to make anything happen because you live in a benevolent universe that is supporting you all the time if you set the intention to pursue the thing that your heart is calling you to pursue doors will open for you things in the external world will shift in ways that your mind and ego cannot possibly predict your energy is a gift to others and your energy is a frequency that positively influences any environment you enter and the people around you the love you feel radiating from within your heart is what other people feel in your presence it's your unique gift the infinite love of the universe channeled in a unique way that can't be repeated by anyone else your energy is beautiful your energy is pure and your energy is so loving and now give yourself permission to receive the love you feel emanating from your heart the love that you're so happy to give to others imagine that you're giving it to yourself and you don't have to overthink about how to do this it's already happening on its own and now if there's any leftover tension in your body maybe in your arms or your legs or your jaw just imagine that any of the stuck dense energy that's causing that tension is leaving your body leaving your aura and just drifting down to mother earth to be transmuted into something else you are safe you are at peace and you remember your true self with each inhale you're feeling more grounded in the present the roots of your tall tree are deepening they're connecting with the wider network of other beautiful trees and living beings in mother earth you're supported and connected to all of nature it doesn't matter what environment you're in now you can feel that your energetic roots are so deep so strong and this is an unshakable foundation that you always have wherever you go throughout all of your days and now feel that love that's coming through from your heart the infinite love from the universe from your soul that's being channeled through effortlessly just imagine that it's growing and not only is it encompassing your entire aura but it's growing bigger and you're radiating love to the immediate environment that you're in effortlessly there is no shortage of love because this well within your heart is infinite and the more love you give genuine love the more you feel because you're a channel for it to come through it's coming through you so when you give it to your environment to the world it's also filling you up this is love that has no expectations this is the love that comes from your higher self and from the universe there's no need to overthink where this love comes from or try to understand it with your rational mind just feel it inside of your heart and let it grow naturally and whenever your mind starts to drift just notice that it's drifted there's no need to fight that it's drifted or judge yourself for having drifted it's perfectly normal natural it happens all the time and when you notice you just return your attention gently to your heart you may have been caught up in an old story just temporarily some story that's been on a loop repeating in your mind and it might have even frustrated you that you're back in this story instead of being present with the meditation but if this happens there's nothing to worry about because it happens all the time instead of fighting this emotion just love it and witness it the same way a loving mother would look at their nurture or look at their child with nurturing gaze and gently return your focus back to your heart and now imagine that your body is softening your muscles are falling into the bed and you feel so safe so at peace here and you know you're protected always and it feels so good just to rest it doesn't matter whether you fall asleep or not because the enjoyment comes from how you feel in this present moment feeling relaxed feeling at peace it's a really good feeling being cozy feeling your roots deeply connected to mother earth just by being here in this moment you're getting recharged you're being nourished all of mother earth is alive and loves you so much infinitely much you don't have to do anything to earn this love simply receive it she has
