So I want to talk today about the different ways that you can actually heal yourself on Gaia,

Connecting with her love,

Connecting with her vibration.

I'm actually receiving energy as I speak right now about her because I'm so connected to the grid.

My feet are starting to shake and the energy is coming up so that just means Gaia is ready to talk.

So some of you might feel that the flow,

If you're very connected to energy,

The flow just came straight from the ground right up.

I felt it right through my body.

So that was a light language activation to go through and to assist people to connect with her.

And some persons are having,

What I'm feeling is she's helping transform the energy that's stuck in your solar plexus.

So at the stomach,

Above the belly button,

A lot of people have a lot of energy stuck there.

That's the divine will,

Our divine will center.

It's also where control is.

So if you're feeling like you're being controlled or you're controlling,

She just helped release it.

I just felt it just massively released on a lot of you because I can feel whoever's listening or will be listening,

I can feel what's needed and it comes through.

This will come through.

So let's go in and talk about Gaia because Gaia is a living,

Breathing consciousness just like we are.

She is the mother.

When you take a look at her body,

The earth,

It's a physical body.

She's a living,

Breathing consciousness.

But when you look at Gaia and everything on her,

You can actually look at everything that's on the earth and everything she gives us and take a look at your own physical body and how actually it's the same.

You can find things on Gaia that match the organs in your body.

You can find things that are out in the universe that match your body.

Everything is a living,

Breathing consciousness,

But Gaia is too.

Gaia was created in love and abundance and able to give abundance to those that came to the earth so that they wouldn't need anything but what she was already providing for us.

She's a living,

Breathing heartbeat connection to yours.

Our heartbeats and our connection to Gaia when we are totally and capably aware of what is going on,

That we are all connected to her and connected through the son.

Father is above,

Mother below here.

Gaia is the mother.

When you connect,

You feel one heartbeat.

You will feel mother's heartbeat.

You can lay on her and feel that.

And so what I want to explain with that is there is these,

Okay,

I'm just going to say what I'm receiving.

There's these electrical magnetic impulses that they come through the earth's vibration and they connect us with her and her vibration and her heartbeat.

And this is why everybody is shifting right now.

This is why the process is happening on the earth.

This is why all have to be restored in a higher vibration,

Allowing themselves to connect to this north crystalline grid,

Which is at a higher vibration than you've ever lived at.

The physical body lives as energy.

You're a physical form,

Okay,

To hold you here,

A physical vessel,

But inside we are our God selves.

However,

To be here,

You had to be connected to the mother.

The mother is the heart and the mother has her own vibration that you have to connect to at the same level.

So when we connect to Gaia by laying down on her,

Which any of you can do right now if you're outside,

Lay on her and ask her to embrace you with her love.

You can hug a tree,

Which a lot of people have laughed at over the years,

But this is truly the way to feel her presence,

To feel her love from the trees,

And to also receive healing and wisdom knowledge.

You can get into the water,

Natural water,

And feel the activations,

The love,

And the vibration that is in sequential patterning to the new earth realms at a higher field of light level indexes.

Okay,

This information is coming through as I'm connected,

So just allow it to come in.

It's an activation,

Actually,

Is what they're saying.

These words coming through are to activate your cellular structure so that you can remember Gaia,

So that you will know why you're here.

So one thing that's very simple to do each day when you get up to connect with Mother Earth,

To connect with Gaia's North Crystalline Grid.

I do this every morning.

I go outside.

I actually say good morning,

Gaia,

And because I am clear audio and I can hear her,

And she says good morning back,

And then I ask her,

Gaia,

Please connect me with your New Earth Crystalline Grid,

And you can say that right now.

And if you're inside the house,

Don't worry.

You should still be able to be connected because the activations of the grid,

This energy,

This force of light is so powerful now.

This vibration of frequency has developed and become so big over the past years that you are able to connect with her from inside your home now.

The best place is to be outside,

But if you're inside,

It's okay.

She's just showing me some images at the same time,

And she's saying you can receive her through structures.

So if you're in an apartment building or something where you're at higher,

All you have to do is say those words.

So here's what else I say.

I'm going to repeat this again,

And you can repeat this after me because this is part of this awakening that everyone's going through to help you and to help the collective with their consciousness and their shift in their vibration to heal themselves.

Gaia,

Please connect me with your New Earth Crystalline Grid.

Feel the flow.

And I also want you to say this.

If you're looking into the sun,

You could be looking into the sun,

Okay?

You don't have to look straight with your eyes.

Just be in the sun.

I'll have it on your forehead,

Okay,

So that your third eye is connected,

Your heart is connected,

Your solar plexus is connected.

I now activate the codes of light.

I receive the codes of light for all that I am and all that I ever have been,

And the highest and purest benevolent source,

Love light for the fullest embodiment of my Christed God self.

Now,

I say that every morning when I go out on Gaia.

I first ask her to connect me,

And then I connect with the sun as well and bring those codes in.

When you do that,

You can visualize and anchor that right into the North Crystalline Grid.

You have the power to do this.

You have the ability to do anything,

Okay?

Don't let anybody place false limitations on you ever.

Know who you are.

Know that you have the power to do these things,

And that Mother is here to assist you.

So now,

One of the things I want to explain,

The healing on the Mother.

One thing that I did years ago,

And it was the most profound experience I ever had,

Was I laid down on Gaia,

And I asked her to please wrap her arms around me and forgive me for anything I have ever done in any life that I have been here.

And I forgave myself at the same time,

Because many times we're not going to know what exactly we did,

But we want to forgive ourselves for all the time that we have done things on top of her that has brought any kind of negative energy,

Because that has gotten stuck into the consciousness,

Has created dark areas on the earth that needed to be cleansed and transformed.

And to cleanse and transform those areas,

We need to cleanse and transform within ourself first.

So Mother,

Immediately,

I felt her arms up come wrap around me.

Gaia just wrapped her arms around me,

And then I saw visually and felt all of these roots like a tree coming up and wrapping around my entire body,

And I could feel this energy just going through me and cleansing and removing all the way to the cellular level,

Any kind of imbalance that was within my DNA,

Within my cellular structure that I was still carrying from previous lifetimes,

Of any time I've ever done anything that would have hurt Gaia.

She is complete love,

So she's going to help us and heal us in any way that she can,

Because once we are restored within ourself,

We can walk on this earth in peace,

In love,

And in happiness and give her that same peace,

Love,

And happiness back every single day that she provides for us.

She doesn't only provide us with food and shelter and water,

She provides us with love,

Because she is love just like we are.

She is the one heartbeat we all connect with.

We are the one heartbeat we all connect with.

We are the one heartbeat we all connect with.

Those are activations coming in for connection with Gaia,

For helping cleanse,

Helping heal,

So you're going to feel that energy activating you.

It goes through the DNA at the cellular level,

So this is coming in.

I just go with the flow,

And I allow Gaia to speak through me and connect,

So I'm just bringing this for you.

Mother is so transformational for us.

We have to honor her.

We have to honor her in love,

And we have to clean up anything that's been left behind by the human race,

So that she can restore herself.

She's been restoring herself very well.

She knows what to do.

She knows what to do if there's a dark energy pocket on the earth.

She takes care of it in the ways that people think are damaging,

But they're not damaging to her.

It's the way she cleanses herself,

Whether it's through some kind of storm activity,

Tornado,

Volcano,

Earthquake,

Whatever.

She knows what to do to transform that energy,

So that place can grow again and grow back and restore itself in beauty and love.

What you think is going on that may be negative for her,

Remember this is her body.

If we are not honoring it,

She's going to take care of it herself.

Wherever you are,

Wherever you live,

Do your best to help clean up Mother Earth,

Not only by picking up the trash that others leave behind,

Even if it's not yours.

Okay,

This is really important,

But by cleaning yourself,

Cleansing yourself,

Being in higher vibrations,

Being in love and joy.

You do that by connecting in love and joy.

You do that by doing the things that make you happy.

When we do this,

The vibration within ourselves connects with the vibration of Mother.

This helps restore the vitality.

It helps restore anything that has been programmed and conditioned within you.

Anything that you've been shown is not truth of Gaia or on Gaia,

Or that Mother is something other than she truly is.

You're going to start feeling the sensations.

You're going to feel the love back from her.

She answers you.

When you do something beautiful her,

She responds.

You may not be aware of it,

But it's okay.

Just know that she is listening.

She sees you.

She feels you.

She knows when your transformation inside is happening.

It's helping transform everything around you and on this planet.

It's helping transform the Earth's consciousness as well,

As well as the collective.

The collective are all of the persons,

The massive persons that are awakening.

Without you doing your part to heal yourself and have Mother's assistance,

It's not going to happen.

However,

We are over.

We are en masse of the amount of people that are doing this now.

This is happening.

This is all good.

Everything that's going on is in such a high vibration.

People are seeing it in a different way.

If you can create within your own mind,

Create within your heart,

And feel and see the truth that's happening,

That everything is being revealed to you that was of a lesser energy that needs to be transformed and calibrated at a higher energy,

A higher frequency,

A higher vibration,

It's all for the good of the planet.

It's all for the good of humanity.

Without this,

Things will not restore.

Structures are becoming obsolete because they are not working.

That vibration doesn't match hers.

Through her own ascension process and raising her vibration,

We have to match it or we can't be here.

That's not possible.

So as everything is shifting and changing and you're healing,

She's healing too.

One of the things I want to talk about with the trees.

When I hold my retreats,

Women's retreats,

I take them out to the earth.

I have them sit on the earth and connect their root chakra to mother,

Connect in meditation.

I have them hug the trees.

I take them to these trees where I have had very profound messages come from,

Very profound healings at such deep levels.

I take people to these trees and I have them put their heart against them on the third eye,

Right against them and hug the tree.

And I tell them to feel what's coming in.

Allow yourself to feel.

And what most people will feel is they'll start feeling an energy change happening within them.

So I tell them,

Good.

Now ask Gaia to assist you in your healing.

On the tree,

Some will feel roots or arms or branches of the tree start coming around and hugging them and pulling them in.

For me,

As soon as I pass certain trees,

I've been working with them so long,

I automatically feel their arm extending out and grabbing me and pulling me in.

I literally get like pulled right into the tree because I've worked with them so much.

They are us.

They're energy like we are.

We're all one.

You're no different than that tree that is growing and living and breathing on Gaia.

We just look different.

So when I feel that tree grabbing me and pulling me in for love and hugs,

This is what's going to happen for you.

Each time you connect with the tree,

The tree is going to connect with you more and more and you're going to become one with the tree,

Just like you are becoming one with Mother Earth.

We are all that is and nothing less.

We are all energy.

We just came in different forms.

So when we can remove the veil of what we think we are and connect energetically to Mother Gaia in all these different ways,

Whether it's to the animals,

Whether it's to the plant kingdom,

The elemental kingdom.

This is how we connect in love.

It's a divine sacred space and we become one with Gaia.

We become one with nature.

We become one with the sea,

The trees,

The oceans,

The waters.

Hug the trees,

Give them love and thank the trees for everything that they do for Gaia and everything they do for humanity.

They clear our air,

They help with pollution,

They do so much for us,

But they also hold wisdom.

So you can ask that tree for a divine message.

They will give you a divine message either through feeling,

Through a vision,

Or you can hear them.

For me,

I hear them immediately.

They will give me such a divine,

Wise message that I have to,

After I'm done,

I have to pull my phone out of my pocket and I have to put it in there.

Otherwise,

I'll forget what they said because I forget everything so fast now.

So connect with the trees,

Connect with the earth,

Connect with the animals.

The animals are on higher frequencies now.

Listen to the birds.

Sit out and just listen to them chirping.

Their frequency is so high.

They're at a higher vibration,

Higher frequency connected to Gaia's north crystalline grid.

Listen to the bees.

I've just videoed.

I have a tree back here at the neighbor's house that goes over to my wall.

I just videoed hundreds of bees.

I'm going to be displaying it on Facebook on this tree.

They're in their own vibration.

They are humming and when I sat and connected with their humming and their presence,

Their buzzing,

I became one with it.

I felt like I was at zero point.

I was in this divine love.

Well,

They worked and created this beautiful sound.

The sound that I would say is the sound of Gaia.

I connected to it and I became one.

These honeybees frequency is so high yet grounding at the same time.

So every day I'm going out and I'm connecting with them.

You can connect with anything.

You can sit and connect with the birds,

The squirrels,

The deers.

If you open your heart,

You connect with Gaia's crystalline grid and open your heart and just sit in nature and have no fear.

Any animal will come up to you and they won't run from you anymore.

As long as we are at the same frequency,

That same vibration and we are in love with love itself.

That's the same love that Gaia gives us.

It's the same love that she is.

It's the same love that we all are.

The love of one.

Let us open our hearts in love.

We are one with mother.

Respect mother.

Love mother.

And take care of mother as she takes care of you.

And the grace of the goddess,

Our mother Gaia,

We are one and divine love and divine healing.

Mother is showing me everything that she provides on the planet for us.

Herbs,

Foods,

The nutrition,

The water.

I call the water the mother's milk.

Without water we cannot survive on earth.

And I saw years ago when she transformed herself and stood up like a woman and she showed me her body as all water.

And then she became the earth again.

I knew what she was saying.

And she showed me the water within me.

But then she was showing me the sparkles,

The crystalline codes that the water holds.

Mother Gaia holds within her waterways crystalline codes that come from the source of light to activate us.

This is part of her way of healing us.

So if you can get in the natural waters to swim,

Dunk yourself in,

Like baptize yourself in the mother's waters,

You will feel so good,

Especially in the oceans.

The oceans have the salt that work just like Epsom salt in your bath.

They're another part of the healing function of Gaia.

That's why she gave us the salts.

It helps clear out our aura.

It helps clear out our energy center.

It clears out anything that is attached to us,

Anything that we have gone through that has connected some kind of negative energy.

Or if we're just not feeling good that day and want to raise our own vibration,

You can get into the ocean and swim,

Dunk yourself in that water.

And when you come out,

You're going to feel so much better than you did before.

The crystalline codes of light in the water activate you.

This assists with the healing of the body.

The crystalline codes of light create a healing at cellular level,

Activations at the cellular level.

They bring in healing in ways that humanity doesn't know.

These codes that come in daily are different,

And she holds those codes for transformation for you.

This is another way that she gives you life,

That she gives you love.

She holds the frequency of the codes within her.

Another thing that you can do when you're having a day when you've just had too much and you're feeling really down is either sit on Gaia or you can stand on Gaia.

And you can ask Gaia to please transform the negative energy that you have stuck on you,

Stuck in your energy center,

Stuck on the aura,

However you're holding on to it.

Ask her to please transform them.

See yourself sending this energy down into Gaia.

Take it all the way down to her diamond core.

When I see the inside of Gaia,

The very center of earth,

I see a diamond I always have.

I see this diamond.

And when that energy connects,

When you take it down to the diamond core and you connect with it,

What happens is she transforms it with her love and sends you back healing.

So we can all do this right now.

It doesn't matter where you are.

Just have your feet flat on the floor.

And I want you to see through the bottom of your feet,

Okay,

Your foot chakras,

You have an earth chakra about six inches to eight inches below your feet.

It's right in the center between.

I want you to see yourself sending this energy down through your earth chakra down into the mother and say,

Mother,

Please transform all of this negative energy that I'm sending you today to assist me with my healing,

My purification,

My cleansing.

I thank you.

And see that happening,

Taking that energy down,

See it going all the way in,

In your imagination,

All the way to the center of the earth,

Touching her diamond core.

And what's going to happen as soon as she receives it,

She's going to answer you.

She transforms that energy immediately and sends it straight back up.

You're going to feel energy coming back through your feet,

Back up through your body all the way up,

Your entire body up,

And you're going to feel it go out the top of your head out the crown.

And thank her.

For this healing you have given me.

I love you.

It's that simple.

These are things we've done in lifetimes long ago,

But we have forgotten.

They haven't been handed down because of the disconnection with who we think we are.

We're not just human beings running around on the planet to be doing the things that we think we're supposed to be doing.

We're here to be doing the things that we're supposed to be doing.

We're here for so many other reasons,

But our main reason is love.

Our main reason is to give love,

To receive love.

And the first being we get that from when we're here is our mother,

Gaia.

Besides the receiving of Mother Father God's love,

It's Gaia.

Now,

Some of you may not feel it right away.

Just so you know,

If you're just starting to do this,

You haven't done this before,

Keep doing it.

Don't stop if the first time you didn't feel it.

And if this is your first time,

Go outside and do it.

Get outside on the grid and do it.

Be on Mother.

Plant your feet flat down and do it there.

Because I am promising you,

You will feel it.

I have worked with people for a long time,

Clients,

And the first time they'll say,

I don't feel anything.

And that's because they're not used to feeling energy yet.

They're not used to feeling the movement of energy.

They're not used to doing these things.

So they still have some of that veil holding them back from their belief systems.

Okay,

Keep doing it.

Keep connecting your heart.

Open your heart.

Okay,

Feel the love,

Feel the vibration,

But do it every day.

And you're going to feel the transformation of the energy.

There's so much more that I can say about this about the chakra system,

Our chakra system connects with Mother Gaia's chakra system,

Their chakra system.

There's there's so much that you can learn.

And I know that there's others doing beautiful work that I know are here on the EW and talking about Mother's chakra system as well.

It's a beautiful thing.

Her body is just like the body we have.

You've got a physical body,

You've got energy bodies.

So just like her,

We have to hold our vibration,

And we have to be in the same frequency as she is.

And because we're guests on the earth,

We are her guests,

You need to look at it that way.

We need to treat her with respect,

And hold our vibration and our love in the highest levels of light that we can.

We have to be happy.

We need to be enjoy and not let the outside world influence how we're feeling.

But if you let that happen,

Then do those things I said today,

Land her and ask her to heal you land her and ask her to wrap you in her arms,

You will go through such a transformation.

When I did that,

And she wrapped me in her arms and the roots went all around me.

I was there for an hour in the sun,

I couldn't move.

I was literally anchored to the earth when all that stuff was going on.

When it was done,

I walked away with sunburn.

But that was nothing compared to the transformation I went through on the connection that I now have with her.

There were butterflies,

There were bees,

Everything flying all around me landing on me.

You know,

Birds were coming up.

And I can hear noises because I was down by a pond right at the edge of the water.

And I was like,

What can that be?

I'm like,

Okay,

Just trust I had to trust I had to trust that I was in the love of the mother's arms.

And that what was going on for me was for my best,

But also the best for the planet,

The best for humanity.

My transformation is not just for me.

It's for all because we are the all we are all one.

And when we understand that we can transform the entire earth,

We can transform all of humanity.

We just need to understand,

Allow,

Trust,

Have faith.

And just be.

Allow your transformation to be in love,

Accepted in ease and grace.

And know that the mother is always here for us.

Whenever we need.
